We had a lovely stay with Janet and Auke in the back house. It was very homely, felt right at home. A lot of attention was certainly paid to the decor and everything you need is present. We definitely recommend this lovely cottage and would love to come back again!

Such a nice, peaceful and cosy place! We stayed here to discover the Lauwersmeer with its variety of birds. It was lovely to start the day peaceful and end it cosy at Hans-Eriks place. Definitely would recommend! Would love to come back in a different season as well.

Had a great stay in the small apartment. Very fully furnished. A wonderful location to completely relax and unwind. You should not be very afraid of spiders and mosquitoes :-)

Even thought we booked the appartement last-minute we were able to have a lovely day in Lemmer. Communication with the host was excellent, and the appartement was exactly as we saw in the advertisement. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time in Groningen! Unfortunately, we were not able to really enjoy the garden due to the weather, but we still made ourselves very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is very nicely decorated and the location is top - central but very quiet. Thank you for everything!

We had a fantastic stay at Ut Fan Hus with our three kids! There is plenty to do in the downstairs area, such as darts, ping pong, shuffle and there are plenty of games and magazines. The cats and chickens also made it a nice stay for the kids. We felt right at home. Apartment is well equipped, everything is present and there are fine beds and a cozy living room. What a wonderful place to get away from the hustle. To calmly catch up with friends, relax in sauna or hot tub. And what a luxury that there are no neighbors. José was friendly and quick to respond. There was a personal note on arrival. The accommodation was more than complete, with made beds, towels and more than enough bathrobes. It made us feel home like home. We enjoyed chatting and playing games by the fireplace. If you want to run or cycle, this environment is also really beautiful. I definitely have the intention to return.

We had a very nice stay around New Year's Eve. The cottage is modernly decorated and has everything you'll need. Nice baby cot. There were also many extras such as coffee and tea. It is nicely located on the waterfront. Contact with Helma went very well and smoothly, she gave clear instructions on where to be and how to get in. We were also spontaneously offered a flexible arrival and departure time. Highly recommended!

The best neighborhood , a minute walk from downtown and a place that feels just like home! Timnette and her husband welcomed us to their beautiful home and very lovely people . We checked in early because we arrived early but enjoyed the walk straight after in the area. Plenty of restaurants around , supermarket is 5 minutes walking and home was fully equipped with everything. I wish we stayed for longer it was th perfect holiday home. Stay is in a good location to the city center of Leeuwarden. Museums, restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Well cared for stay. Good communication. Nice detail: the photo wall with what the street used to look like. Tip: the Miniature People hiking trail!

We had a lovely stay at this property. We spent a weekend in Groningen and enjoyed the time very much. The accommodation has all you need for a few days. Unfortunately, there is no oven, but if you know this beforehand, you can plan accordingly and still prepare delicious meals. The parking space on the premises was also pleasant. We felt very well taken care of here and safe.

We stayed for a short 2 days to visit the open day at Meppel NHLstenden with our daughter. It was a perfect place to stay, in the middle of the city where we could walk to everything. Convenient parking garage just a block away. Place looked just like in the pictures, very colorful and quirky.

We had a lovely stay. The place was private and had everything well-deserved rest for a few days. Bed was comfy and view was beautiful. The waterfront seating was our favorite. The surroundings are great too! We cycled over 80 kilometers. We definitely recommend this place 👍
