This is the perfect getaway. 30-45 minutes to old quarter but only 10-15 USD one way depending on time of day/night. Very clean, safe, and grocery walking distance.

the place is more beautiful in real life than in the photos, very comfortable, great safety, the hoods are very responsive, I would recommend putting more dishes for two people, thank you for this stay much appreciated equipment in the accommodation: washing machine, hair dryer, microwave, desk with mirror, Netflix connected TV. perfect for a couple who want to visit while being in a quiet place to work online .

We lived for 1 month and 3 weeks in Son's apartment. The condominium is ideal for those who want to relax, have a quiet routine and still be able to enjoy a bustling city full of life like Hanoi. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need to cook, work remotely and rest. The thermal pool is excellent, the supermarkets are good and the free bus is a great differential. Son is an extremely attentive, polite and available host. He takes care of every detail so you feel like home! There were many toiletries and cleaners, cell phone charger next to the bed, robot to clean the house, dishwasher and a great washer. We feel very welcome and recommend this Airbnb 100%. It was a pleasure to be here!

I was quite satisfied and stayed during my 20-day business trip to Hanoi. The host is very kind, makes temporary residence certificates, and quickly addresses various requests.
