Sunsets, starry nights, and the scenic view can be enjoyed on the balcony or from the comfort of the couch with wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows in the living room. Being a new build, the yard around house is bare dirt and finishing touches are in progress. Cell service outside is good with major carriers, metal roof limits signal inside. WiFi and smart TV available.
