Zylan's place was incredible! The place is even more beautiful in person and Zylan and the entire staff were lovely! Our room was gorgeous and Zylan made sure we felt right at home and allowed us a late checkout, which was super helpful. Make sure to have dinner at the in-house restaurant, it is incredible! :) Highly recommend this place in Colombo – the neighborhood is lovely too, very quiet but lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, shops etc. in walking distance.

We booked the stay very late on the day of check in, the place was amazing and must stay and have multiple activities that can be used. Place had very thoughtful touch. But the place only had 3 bedrooms to accommodate 6 people but the description showed the place for 10 people. Other than that the stay was amazing

This property is great for Singles and Family with children, since its a total private property with a gated compound only guest are allowed to come in. Just opposite there is a nice fresh fruit juice shop, you will find different type of cuisine restaurant's within 5 to 15 mins walking distance, bakery and other daily essentials shops are very near by, beach is also within walking distance if you want to or tuk tuk is always available. Rooms are spacious and bright and very well maintained, staff is very helpful and always ready to guide and help you. Overall superb place, and very convenient. I would highly recommend this place. This bnb is one of the best places we've ever stayed. The personnel were extremely courteous and helped us not only for our stay with them, but also with the rest of our stay in Sri Lanka. We are already looking at staying with them in future vacations. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Air conditioning and fans both available. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and we used the pool. It was nice too. We will recommend this place to all friends looking to travel here.

A comfortable place with new facilities only 10min drive to the airport. The two caretakers are extremely friendly and helpful and nice to communicate with.

Extremely affordable accommodation! His with teams are very nice and helpful with both check-in/flexible check-out and carrying assistance with luggage. The pool area is nice and well-maintained, the restaurant has nice staff who serve good and well cooked food and good drinks.

Nim’s place is located in a residential area. It is a very quiet place compared to the hustle and bustle of Colombo. If you’re looking to stay in a quiet and residential place, you should definitely stay with Nim! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his villa. We arrived very late and made the mistake of taking a normal tuktuk to his place (there are metered tuktuk’s which are highly recommended for your wallet). Upon our arrival we were famished and food, Nim and Kasun looked into it quickly. Nim and Kasun are very helpful and they provided us with many tips about the transportation. They called tuktuks for us at the villa and even called one for us while we were at Dutch Fort. They made sure that the tuktuk Drivers got us to the correct location no matter the time. We are thoroughly satisfied with Nim and Kasun’s generosity and hospitality. Thank you!

We had a great lagoon view experience and sunset with breezes during our stay. Don't expect beach there. We came early but staff arrange us early checkin quickly with available rooms. The food was good and dinner is the best. Staff is friendly and professional. It's very close to international airport . Recommend a gym if it doesn't exist.

Good service, great rooftop and good value for your money if you want a budget alternative!

It’s a great house, 10 minutes drive with tuktuk from the airport. It’s well located if you want to save some money by using the train to Colombo. The station is a 10 min walk away. The swimming pool could be a bit cleaner but it’s perfect for an evening dip. Coming here I was a bit worried about mosquitos but there wasn’t a single one. I slept sooo well as it is really quiet, with no sounds during the night. There are fans in the rooms but no mosquito nets. Some walls could do with painting but in general the place is really clean and the owner is so helpful! This place is a really great deal so close to the airport.

This villa is beautiful ! All the rooms are open and tastefully decorated. There are lots of windows providing nice daylight. If you need a lot of privacy, this is maybe not the villa you are looking for. The pool is great, our kids loved to play around and the animals around the house are really sweet and entertaining for kids ! Rivindu is great and did everything to make it a great stay, thank you !

Great room, with air conditioning and hot water. Large and comfortable bathroom. The room overlooks the garden, where the birds fly and the sounds of the jungle can be heard. The house is very clean. The host is an amazingly kind and sociable person who also loves to travel. Constantly treated me to all sorts of goodies. The house is located in a quiet location in a residential area, while within walking distance you can find parks, cafes, restaurants, shops and laundry’s. Also a 15-minute taxi ride is the bus station and the railway station, from which you can go anywhere in Sri Lanka. The center of Colombo is about 20-30 minutes by scooter.

Sajana and his son were so friendly and accommodating. Sajana stayed up late to meet us as our flight was late. He greeted us with fruit juice and even switched on the air-con in our bedroom before we arrived. We had a very comfortable nights sleep! A practical distance from Colombo airport. A delicious breakfast and walkable to the beach. A great place to stay! Thank you.

Everything was perfekt. The nice Lady wrote back at 2 in the night and it was possible to check in at 5am in the morning. Summing up, we had a nice time there :) And thank you Kumundi for everything!

Beautiful place, very clean and aesthetic. We also had lunch and breakfast at the Airbnb which was full of flavour and authenticity to Sri Lanka. Would definitely stay again
