Great place to stay in Penrith, good location. Apartment is clean and tidy and great communication with the host!

Stayed for 3 nights over new years and we loved Hannah’s place. Great central location to Windermere and there are lots of shops & restaurants, all walkable. The place was quiet, well looked after and very clean. The bed was super comfy! It was just like it was described and very cosy. Hannah was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. I would recommend as a place to stay if visiting the lakes.

We have just had a lovely couple of nights here. It was very bright, clean and airy. Very clear instructions from David who was always on hand, via the app, when needed. Very quiet and peaceful and very close by I where we needed to be when visiting family.

We had a great time in Carlisle and Les was a great host. The flat was lovely and comfortable for our family and Les was very quick to respond to any questiond we had - he even brought new batteries for the TV remote within about 15 minutes of us letting him know there was a warning message on the TV. The flat is walking distance from the castle/cathedral/town centre and right by a supermarket so is really convenient. We would definitely recommend it!

Tranquil setting, lovely apartment and a great base to explore the area from on foot, bike and quick drive to lots of amazing hikes.

A lovely property, ideally situated near to Keswick town centre. Graham and family were available if we needed them but left us to come and go as we pleased, which suited us. A nice touch was the welcome goodies. Thank you.

Lovely stay at coachman’s cottage! Dinah was really helpful and very quick at responding! Had a booklet with lots of useful information in it about things to do and places to eat! Cottage was really clean and cosy. Thank you Dinah!

great wee place right off the motorway. clean, cozy, characterful. lots of information provided about local amenities. we just did a flying visit, but someone could definetly stay there for a holiday.

Perfect place to stay when bagging Wainwrights, very quiet, comfy beds and ideal there are two bedrooms! Check in was easy, car park right behind , close to shops and pubs but not noisy. Well worth the money and will definitely be returning

Lovely, cosy holiday apartment with comfortable beds, great bed linen and workable cooking facilities. In excellent location, 4 minutes from the railway and bus station and very close to all of the shops and restaurants in the town.

Our second stay. Perfect spot for a couple and a dog to explore Haltwhistle and the surrounding area. Very close to the town centre!

If you are looking for a relaxing peaceful getaway, this is the place to go to. We were able to be outside and walk the property and enjoy a picnic on the creek bed. It was a super comfortable bed and Mark and his family are great hosts. Very friendly and so great at recommendations for my husband, infant and I. We hope to be back with warmer weather so we can enjoy the land and sun. Thank you for this opportunity!

Lovely clean, spacious flat; great location and helpful host. Parking space is small and slightly awkward- we drive a large car and choose to park elsewhere.

Colin contacted us prior to our stay to give us accurate details of where to go, and what to do. He gave us his contact number incase there was any issues, and told us to contact him anytime. His apartment was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the photos do not do it justice.. and the views from the balcony were 100%. The location was perfect for what we was looking for. We would highly recommend ,and definitely stay there again.😊

Fantastic apartment for a weekend stay. Extremely comfy bed and well stocked kitchenette. Rebecca was great with her communication and check in was quick and easy. The hotel facilities included in our stay were great, with a pool (free pool towels available), sauna, bar/restaurant and kids games room. Lovely grounds, quiet and peaceful. Easy access to Keswick. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing for a quiet, peaceful stay clowe to other towns and attractions.
