The apartment was absolutely perfect! We felt right at home. There is a ton of space, very comfortable for a group of four. The living room and balcony are beautiful, with a view over the port. The rest of the apartment and the location were also perfect. We would be happy to return and would highly recommend Xanthippi and her lovely apartment

Our stay exceeded our expectations, on the one hand by the location of the apartment overlooking this small sun-drenched bay where there is a calm conducive to rest and contemplation and on the other hand thanks to the history of this island which has lived and still lives from the production of "mastika", and which gives this place a particular historical dimension. The population is incredibly kind and available (undoubtedly due to the end of the tourist season). This is an invaluable bonus because you can really soak up the soul of the island. And then there are these beaches nestled in coves of incredible beauty and the water still soft for this end of October. The local gastronomy is also up to all of the above with a home cooking full of flavors. Many thanks to Diane for her responsiveness and excellent advice.

Super friendly. Felt like family. Easy check in and out. He understood I took ferry allowed early check in late check out. Just a great host. If I ever visit Xios again I will definitely look up his location again.

A very functional, spacious studio for two, with a pleasant balcony facing the sea. Smooth and easy communication with Angeliki, attentive and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it.

Everything was impeccable and in a state of cleanliness and location! The welcome was very good from Mrs. Aggeliki who with her warm welcome, gave us some instructions for the places that are worth visiting. I highly recommend it!!

Stelios is a very nice host. The garden of the house is very peaceful. Very clean, tidy and everything in a house. It's quiet, calm and peaceful. You can walk to the city center. Parking is not a problem if you go by car Stelios was very helpful and guiding. I would like to thank him again. I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.
