Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Chiang Mai

The host responded right away and was kind without any inconvenience when we lived for a month. The relatively large kitchen was enough space for eating and relaxing. I rested well in my own home. And the host's cute son was our friend. It will always be a house in Chiang Mai that you can think of. It was fun while I was there. ^ ^

We stayed in this beautiful authentic Thai tradition house for 2 days. Less than 15 minutes from Chiang Mai Old Town, its location although a little out of the way is ideal for access to a lot of calm and rest. The living room open to the outside is very spacious and perfectly matches the photos on AirBnB. There is a very well equipped kitchen with all the equipment needed to prepare a good meal. The same goes for sleeping accommodations that are perfectly in line with the photos on the site. The bedrooms are large, properly air-conditioned (and not noisy) and the bathrooms are at their best. In short, if you want to enjoy an enchanted break, a few minutes from the old town by taxi in an authentic place full of history, don't hesitate. You will find all the charm and tradition you need.

Pimrat was an incredibly gracious host and very kind. They made us feel at home during our stay. We had trouble using Grab from CNX, but were able to show one of the cab drivers the directions Pimrat provided and were able to get there without issue!

We only stayed one night here. If we return to Chiang Mai, we would stay again. Sirisakul’s and her mother’s hospitality was top notch - super helpful and friendly. The description and photos are accurate. The room was simple, clean and comfortable. The common space and kitchenette was well equipped. There are shops and eating places nearby. We 100% recommend.

I would stay here again next time! The location is great, very close to Maya Nimman shopping center, which means there are several nice markets and great restaurants nearby. The apartment was reasonably priced, the bedding was clean, the sleep was very comfortable, the room was well designed, and it was within walking distance to the very good One Nimman - Fy's apartment was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy, she was always quick to respond and helpful! Highly recommended!

This was a lovely room, it was perfect for me. Bed was comfortable. I liked having filtered water available. Close to the airport. A bit far for walking to old city, but I like walking so it didn't bother me.

Good value and well appointed apartment near enough to most places you'll want to access in Chiang Mai. Pool isn't that great (very small and crowded) but we we went next door to the Shangri La's pool for 400 Baht each.

Once checked in and familiar with the complex (it’s huge!), it’s a great area and building ! Enjoyed the gym and pool a lot. It’s a short walk to the town’s gate and there’s a lot to do in the area still. The apartment is very nice, the washer was very appreciated ! I wish I could have stayed longer 😊 will come back !

I had a great 3-night stay at Natasa’s apartment. It is a beautiful place with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fast WiFi, living room/bedroom AC and good security. I enjoyed my stay so much I did not hesitate to book another night on my return to Chiang Mai next week. Thanks Natasa!

Review for the 3rd week of January It's a corridor-style apartment. There are a lot of locals and travelers, but most of the neighbors are quiet and the building feels safe. It has most of what you need, so it's convenient to stay. Nevertheless, there are factors that bother you, so it might be a good idea to refer to it for long-term stays. The soundproofing and insulation windows make the outside noise very loud and cold at dawn during the dry season. (Airplanes pass right above the building, and there are runners at dawn.) The water quality is very bad. Even if you use it alone, you'll need to replace the filter in 3-5 days. (Most of the Chiang Mai area is plausible.) There were no mosquitoes, cockroaches, or lizards, but there are many small ants and moth flies. It keeps coming out.

This was the first time I have used Airbnb and it was a great introduction. Kate was a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Kate's place is ideally situated halfway between Maya mall and my favourite restaurant (Food 4 thought). The only disadvantage about the apartmen's location is the aircraft noise which goes on until 1am and resumes again at 6am. However, this is common to all apartments in that area of Chiang Mai. I would gladly stay at Kate's place again.
