We’ve been living at Yupa`s pace for 1 month, and I can confidently say that it’s been one of the best living experiences we have had. I even don't want to share it with others and keep the place and Yupa to myself! :) The apartment is spacious and well-designed, with mosqito nets, so you can enjoy the natural breeze instead the air-con, which is also nicely working. The floor plan is perfect for a family or two couples. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, and the living areas are open and inviting. The pool is clean and refreshing. The garden is beautiful. The area is peaceful village, lot of birds singing. Good local eating places near. You can walk or use the bicycles. Also can home call the massage lady. Most important Yupa and Plan are very friendly, and professional. Whenever we’ve had a question or needed something, they’ve always been quick to address it. It's clear they care about the residents' comfort and well-being. A Truly Exceptional Living Experience!

I had a great 3-night stay at Natasa’s apartment. It is a beautiful place with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fast WiFi, living room/bedroom AC and good security. The apartment is well laid out and a pleasant place to hang out. The living room and bed room are one space, with a couch next to the bed and facing the TV. A sliding glass door divides the living space from the kitchen which makes it easy to control noise and temperature. The bathroom is large, and well lit, with a nice shower. The view from the balcony is of a swimming pool filtered through large trees. The infinity pool is on the 16th floor and is much smaller than we expected from the pictures (too small and shallow to swim laps in but is a good place to cool off). The gym has a good complement of machines and weights and the changing rooms have a sauna and steam room. The elevator to the work out areas is separate from the main elevator to the room. The host answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. It is a great place, near all the historic area of the city. Lots of good food and markets within walking distance.

We stayed for 4 nights in March 2025 and asked Kate before booking would respond very patiently, this time we were traveling with the family, the family was happy with the tidying up, Kate also prepared a lot of fruit, food and drinking water for free, the accommodation was quiet but it was a bit far from the city, a question sent in tourism would also be answered very quickly, Kate was also helpful in introducing the great value of the Thai massage and also helped us make an appointment, the massage and the family were satisfied, everything was very nice thank you Kate

Lovely place. Great Location. Cool AC and good wifi (three of us were working remote). We especially enjoyed the rooftop area in the evenings - once the sun went down. Very helpful staff on hand. We all agreed the beds were comfortable. Very close to several markets (morning & night). Only minor issue with the room was that the refrigerator did not work very well - but not much of a concern as we ate out almost every meal. We would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, it offers a peaceful retreat. Despite being off - the - beaten - path, there are small convenient stores nearby, which is really handy. Since we hired a car, getting around was a breeze. I'd recommend families traveling here to consider car - hiring for easy exploration. The driver, Chat, was incredibly friendly. He made every journey enjoyable with his warm personality. The breakfast served daily was outstanding. For the price, it was such a great deal, filled with a wide variety of delicious items. The host and her husband were extremely helpful. They provided us with local tips, recommendations on places to visit, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this place enough! It truly made my trip unforgettable.

Very nice house with kids. In a quiet and secure neighborhood with swimming pool (not heated). Great communication with the host. I would just say that it is not really possible to cook in the accommodation (non-functional stove and very little equipment)

We stayed in this beautiful authentic Thai tradition house for 2 days. Less than 15 minutes from Chiang Mai Old Town, its location although a little out of the way is ideal for access to a lot of calm and rest. The living room open to the outside is very spacious and perfectly matches the photos on AirBnB. There is a very well equipped kitchen with all the equipment needed to prepare a good meal. The same goes for sleeping accommodations that are perfectly in line with the photos on the site. The bedrooms are large, properly air-conditioned (and not noisy) and the bathrooms are at their best. In short, if you want to enjoy an enchanted break, a few minutes from the old town by taxi in an authentic place full of history, don't hesitate. You will find all the charm and tradition you need.

Pimrat was an incredibly gracious host and very kind. They made us feel at home during our stay. We had trouble using Grab from CNX, but were able to show one of the cab drivers the directions Pimrat provided and were able to get there without issue!

We only stayed one night here. If we return to Chiang Mai, we would stay again. Sirisakul’s and her mother’s hospitality was top notch - super helpful and friendly. The description and photos are accurate. The room was simple, clean and comfortable. The common space and kitchenette was well equipped. There are shops and eating places nearby. We 100% recommend.

Fantastic location in Nimman area, with shopping mall, convenient stores, shops and food courts, night markets nearby. Apartment is well equipped for a long stay. Thought the building is along the main road but the apartment is facing the quiet, therefore, you won't hear any traffic. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed it! The place has so much character, it’s great value for money, walkable distance from really cool cafes, coworkings and bars. The owner is friendly, the cats are cute, and there are free snacks in the shared kitchen. It’s a container structure so don’t expect a great sound insulation between rooms, but that’s obvious in this kind of accommodation. If I come to Chiang Mai again, I will book it again 👍

Good value and well appointed apartment near enough to most places you'll want to access in Chiang Mai. Pool isn't that great (very small and crowded) but we we went next door to the Shangri La's pool for 400 Baht each.

This was the first time I have used Airbnb and it was a great introduction. Kate was a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Kate's place is ideally situated halfway between Maya mall and my favourite restaurant (Food 4 thought). The only disadvantage about the apartmen's location is the aircraft noise which goes on until 1am and resumes again at 6am. However, this is common to all apartments in that area of Chiang Mai. I would gladly stay at Kate's place again.
