Holiday rentals with a sauna in Chiang Mai

Johan has a very nice apartment. It was clean and quiet. The bed and other furniture were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the internet speed was good. The appliances all worked. Johan was very fast to respond to any questions. He was amazing. Even though he had to go to the hospital, he checked in with us to make sure that we were happy. He even ordered some things to be delivered. The pictures show a bare apartment but Johan has stocked the kitchen with cooking and eating utensils. The apartment is actually decorated. It is down the street from a shopping mall and a big grocery store. There are many restaurants on that street. All of the tourist attractions are an inexpensive tuk tuk ride away (100฿, 2.86€, $2.97). A huge night market is just a 5-10 minute walk down the street. We definitely recommend this apartment for short or long term stays.

Kimi was a very helpful host who responded to any questions I had within minutes. I was very happy with the place and had no issues whatsoever would highly recommend.

I had a great stay at this condo. It is located very close to a main street with numerous shops and restaurants, but set back off a side road for quiet and privacy. As a solo traveler I felt safe and comfortable here. My fave space was the balcony!

Everything great, we just would have love to know that the pool was closed.

The apartment is located in the best area of the city, close to all entertainment, including chic restaurants and shopping and at the same time, it is very quiet. The building has a small gymnasium and a swimming pool with beautiful mountain views. The apartment itself is well equipped and has everything you need. Good quality mattress, pillows and linens. We had a great night's sleep. Thank you very much.

The reason I chose Chiang Mai for a month was because it was close to ABS for children and had a shuttle bus. I thought about other condos around me, but I liked the pool more, so I chose The One Condominium. In January, Chiang Mai was cool in the morning and evening like the early fall in Korea, so I didn't enjoy swimming as much as I thought, but the main swimming pool at The One Condominium was sunny during the day, so I was able to swim consistently during the day. The team's place we stayed was very satisfying. I was thinking a lot about whether I should bring household items because I was living for a month, but the team's accommodation had everything. Bottled water and toilet paper (generous amount. If you can't find it, open all the drawers ~), towels, big towels (I swam and used them well), dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, cooking oil, salt, toilet slippers, rice cooker, and an important vacuum cleaner ~! , I contacted you and they also prepared a steam iron.♡ There were also people in our group who stayed in another host's room, and it was so different. Our accommodation was also tefal products with frying pans and pots. The team's place is the best ^ ^ And I wanted to wash the bedding once in the middle, so I asked if there was a frequent coin laundry room, but he told me not to worry and came to the room right away and carefully replaced it with new bedding. Thank you so much♡ On the last day, our flight was late at night, so I asked just in case, and they delayed the check-in until the next day. Thanks to you, I was able to finish my trip comfortably with my kids.♡♡ Living for a month is more like life than a trip, so I think there would have been a lot of very uncomfortable situations if we had stayed somewhere other than the team's accommodation. If anyone is planning to live in Chiang Mai, I recommend Tim's place ^ ^

Great place to stay, host was very nice and even helped us out with a special bday request. Room was very comfortable and very clean. Pool area was a bit uncomfortable with all of the rules. We could not even bring unopened water on a very hot day. Not the host’s problem at all, just something to note if that’s what you’re looking forward to.

Great stay! The apartment was spotless, the ideal location (a few minutes walk from the night market). The pool was quiet during the stay so perfect!

We loved our stay at Hirun's place! The apartment was just as described and the hosts were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfectly situated for vising all the night markets and easy accessible to the centre of Chiang Mai. Access to the pool and gym were a welcome addition and the apartment had everything we needed.

Pla’s place is amazing it has everything u need, the gym is well equipped and the pool is clean, Pla is an amazing host, very responsive and she was very helpful all the time, had a great time there and definitely will come back there next time 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 100/10

The place is very close to the trendy "Nimman" area (5-10 min walk) and the great Maya shopping mall (sub 5min). It well situated to explore the Temples in the hills near Chiang Mai. From "old town" it is quite far, so you would hitch a ride. Due to airport proximity, you will hear some air planes starting but Chiang Mai airport is not very busy, also at night here are no planes. The apartment itself is quite small, but super clean and we felt right at home. It has everything you need (incl. Kitchen), but you probably want to order takeout anyway because so cheap in Chiang Mai and the restaurants are amazing. Internet is fast and stable, but the little desk in the bedroom is not ergonomic. The building is clean, and the neighbours are quiet. There is a pool and a small basic gym (no free weights though). The host is super helpful and responsive and when we had a problem instantly came by to help. Recommend 150%!! Thanks for the stay, we had a really great time!

This stay was absolutely perfect! We very much enjoyed having a separate living and sleeping area. We were given great recommendations and enjoyed the facilities that were available for us. The location was perfect and I truly hope we have the opportunity to visit again Chiang Mai was incredible and a comfortable place to rest was very much appreciated! Thank you!!!

This was a very roomy place, not too far from the old district in Chiang Mai. Satoko was always very responsive, and generous in her recommendations. The apartment was accurately described. We arrived very early in the morning, expecting only to drop our bags, but were able to get into the apartment right away, which we really appreciated. We didn’t cook meals, except for breakfast, so can’t fully address kitchen supplies. There was a huge supermarket nearby, and a 7 Eleven across the street, so supplies were easily accessed. During our stay, we chatted with several apartment occupants at the pool or in the lobby, who were also very informative about Chiang Mai. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing flat in a well organised apartment building. The swimming pool, garden and gym are located on a last floor with stunning view on Chiang Mai and mountains. Quick, easy and friendly communication with hosts. Good location.

It was great. There are a lot of places with dirty floors, but this place was so clean. Spacious and pleasant accommodation. Clean and well-maintained items and clean beds. Everything was great. The location is good and the security is good. There's no wood. ^ ^ I had a comfortable stay for two weeks. I think I'll come again next time!

This was by far one of the best — if not best — AirBnB experiences I’ve ever had. The place, the neighborhood, the hosts all make for an incredible, magical Thai/Pai experience. Make sure to have tea with Nong, the local artist across the street and maybe invest in one of his beautiful pieces of art!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

This is a very peaceful place. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive to town, out of the busy hustle and bustle of beautiful Pai. Mon is a fantastic host! We loved her and the paradise that she has created. Highly recommend!
