We found this beautiful villa on the coast, it looked great in the pictures and the location seemed exciting considering that you could get a view of the sea from the 1st floor bedrooms and the terrace. The lighting of the villa was exquisite which made it a great prospect to hang out in anywhere from the ground-floor natural grass lawn all the way up to the terrace. This place is great for mid-sized groups who want a place away from the hustle-bustle of Alibag and allows multiple options like relaxing at the pool or having a barbecue at the terrace. As for the host, Devashree, she is extremely kind, approachable and responsive. She answered all of our queries accurately and gave us great food suggestions in and around the villa. She made our trip very comfortable and I recommend this to everyone looking for a relaxing weekend near the sea.

Vivek’s place is one of those airbnbs that left me gobsmacked the moment I entered. I’d booked the house for my family and myself and we started enjoying the property immediately. The check-in was smooth, with Vivek being responsive and Prakash Ji being available. The place was extremely neat and well maintained. The house itself is very thoughtfully put together and each member of my family had something or the other to enjoy. The garden, idyllic surroundings, accessibility, and upkeep were a definite win. The kitchen set up was elaborate and id highly recommend getting up to see the sunrise. Ask for a fresh cot if the existing one isn’t suiting you. I’d definitely be visiting again. The place looks exactly like the photos. It was well maintained and full of amenities which are described. The hosts are very good and responsive. There places gives you nice traditional Konkani vibes. I would recommend going here during early monsoon or Winter.

We stayed at the property for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The house was as per the description with no surprises. The house was very clean and tidy and the pool was an instant hit with the kids and the adults. Lots of open areas around to just take a stroll and indulge in some mild sport. Staff were very friendly and always accommodative of our requests. On one occasion, we had to change our plans and requested the staff at 9am to cook breakfast for us. The food was ready in a jiffy and delicious too. Dinner was good too, although there was considerable leftover. The host was very responsive all along and understanding too when it came to finalising food costs. All in all, a perfect place to unwind over the weekend with all the necessary amenities.
