Monthly Rentals in Cathedral City

Ante’s place was perfect for a family getaway. The outdoor area is great - spa, pool and yard. The 3 bedrooms and 4 beds worked well for us, and there was a good selection of cookware, dishes, and both indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Good value and I would definitely like to return. The area is quiet and there is a lot of privacy. In the interest of fairness, I should point out that there were a few small details that could use upgrading (I have mentioned them to Ante) but these were very minor issues. Overall the place was great and I definitely recommend it.

Spent a month in Michaels place in June-July '24 and couldnt be happier. The place is an architectural gem, gated, easy parking, great pool. Interior is very clean and well-designed, very comfortable. Nice cooks kitchen, nice beds and linens, nice bathrooms. Even if it was hot outside, the place had good AC and nice cool white tile floors. Nice safe neighborhood that was walkable, and youre within a mile of downtown. Really a tremendous property for the summer season price, better than any hotel.

Kyle’s home was clean, spacious, stocked with everything you could ever need for a long stay, the pool and back yard was fantastic. Kyle was an excellent host with great communication. It’s truly a wonderful home with close proximity to restaurants , shopping. Would definitely return.

Steve’s property is excellent value for money. It’s beautifully decorated, well-appointed, and ideally located. Amenities are great and easily accessible.
