Very comfortable and lots of room . No parking issues, easy gate access Price overall was awesome.

We loved staying at this mid-century Ocotillo gem. The space was bright and beautiful, and the pool relaxing and fun. It was great to walk exploring the Twin Palms neighborhood and the golf course trails towards the south. It was also convenient to have the Koffi cafe around the corner and various restaurants and other services near by. We highly recommend it!

We had such a nice and peaceful time at this house. I have a disabled daughter and I asked Ryan for a plastic chair for the shower and it was there for us when we arrived. That simple thing meant a lot to me.

James was incredibly helpful and kind while I was searching for reservations for family. He definitely went above and beyond to try to help me. Excellent stay and a beautiful place!

Hannah was an incredible host. Prompt with communication and one of the best problem solvers where I couldn’t get the TV remote working. Loved the little condo as well. Nothing like waking up to the Mountain View and sipping coffee in the morning. Can’t wait to come back very soon!

Easy check-in, quiet, nice pool and beds were super comfy, also the shuttle service that partners with the resort for festivals was great, absolutely recommend

We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub were just a short walk out the door. Well kept and clean. Great location to shopping and Joshua Tree National Park. Cory is an excellent host!

Booked last min and was pleasantly surprised with the condo. The location is very quiet and the local neighbors were friendly. Nikki was a great host and answered questions for me quickly. My kids loved the heated pools. The linens and towels were new and plush. We would stay here again.

Sally was very responsive. She is a great communicator. We loved the place. It was clean and exactly what was advertised. The only negative, and this is I think an Airbnb negative, is why am I paying a cleaning fee of over $200 when every Airbnb place I rent has a number of chores I have to do at checkout? This is a very nice three bedroom condo in a golf course and tennis gated community. There are many pools and is great for families with children those without.

My family was very comfortable in Juan’s spacious one bedroom place. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Any questions I asked were answered within 5 minutes. The location was a pleasant 30 minute walk to the grocery store and a $10 Uber ride back. There are four pools on site: Two are a nice warm temperature and two smaller pools are cooler. Overall, it was a pleasant and peaceful stay.

My wife and I travel often and when we experience those rare 5 Star worthy hosts/properties I’m often tempted to find a way to rate the property on a different scale (1–10). Steve’s property in Desert Falls CC is a genuine 10 Star. Location is great (5 Star…couldn’t rate higher) but it was the attentiveness of the host that kicked it up a notch or 5. My wife and I owned at DSFCC until 10 years ago and know what a good rental is supposed to look like. This is what a Palm Desert Airbnb rental is supposed to look like. Kudos Steve! Back soon!

The condo was squeaky clean and looked exactly like the photos. Loved having the hot tub right outside the door. The pools are quite large and perfect for swimming laps or just relaxing. The complex is in a nice, very walkable neighborhood with a good view of the mountains. Steve was very responsive and got back to me right away when I had questions. There was some noise from upstairs but not enough to be an issue. I’ve already reserved it again for next year.

Fantastic Stay!!! A perfect family space that's super clean, well-appointed with everything you need and more! The pool and amenities are top-notch and conveniently located. The communication was excellent throughout the stay, making it an ideal place for a relaxing and enjoyable time. We will definitely stay here again!

Superb Stay with the beauty of the desert backyard, my wife and 13 year old daughter loved the large place, space and attention to all the details. We loved every minute of our stay, the healing mineral pools, water ball and all the kind folks and characters we met during our annual 4 day visit. Beautiful grounds, we walked every where enjoying all the unique places and pictures within the Wild West area of trees, lake and stage. Cooked every meal there, great easy use kitchen and nice big TV with all sorts of great viewing options. Place was spotless clean and clutter free and quiet area. Priceless views all day long , be sure to enjoy the outside big table for eating which had some pull down privacy shades. 5 Stars and enjoy all those singing birds and wildlife in your backyard with priceless views, thank you Mr. Alex Oleg!

Great home! Provided a ton of entertainment options and ample space. Loved the decor to give it something unique from other homes. Neighborhood and backyard pool area were both very quiet. Cannon Bros were excellent to work with and quick to respond. Would recommend this place to others and stay here again.

The home is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location! We especially loved how clean the house was! The neighborhood is so quiet and the home so peaceful, it truly felt like the perfect vacation home! My family and I can’t wait to come back and stay here again. We really enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful and the backyard is wonderful with a nice clean pool and hot tub, grill, putting green, and deck chairs with umbrellas. Great relaxing place! In and out of the neighborhood was easy with their directions, and when we did have questions they were very quickly resolved. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!
