Brand new apartment, tastefully furnished, spacious and bright. The living room with terrace, the kitchenette well equipped with an espresso machine and capsules provided, an electric kettle with herbal teas available and breakfast supplies. Two bedrooms, one double and the other with a French bed, very comfortable beds, new, fresh and fragrant sheets, a very large bathroom with a nice shower, hygiene products provided, a dryer with a diffuser and a washing machine that makes the house perfect even for long stays. The location is great for getting around the orange coast but also for visiting little Sila and not far from the coast of the Gods. Rarely have I found such a perfect accommodation in all respects, both in Italy and abroad. Emanuela and Danilo are fantastic guests, helpful, kind and friendly without being intrusive. Highly recommend!

We stayed one night for a business trip. Luigi welcomed us, who showed us the apartment, really very nice and spacious! Luigi was very kind and helpful, we had a little but very well, now we know where to go back to Catanzaro!

We were really happy to stay at this wonderful apartment. City Center, old building with high ceiling, the apartment has its history, style and charm. There were some issues with household appliances, not all kitchenware was in a good state, but this didn’t spoil our overall positive impression. For us it was a nice and comfortable stay.
