Lovely modern apartment in a great part of the city.

Beautiful view and balcony, quiet, comfortable. Laundry worked great, the gym in the building is quite good and I discovered a great co-working space in the building. In about 10 minutes walk I could reach a number of restaurants and maybe 15 minutes there was a full mall which turned out to be helpful for me. Was able to taxi to different tours and attractions, about 15 or 30 minutes to the center of Medellin depending on traffic. A perfect place to have a more private and comfortable stay for me in Medellin during an extended period of travel.

close to great restaurants spacious inside cool AC fast 2 wifi options for working the back patio door has a crack so bugs could fly in, not common 1 or 2 mosquitoes may get in sometimes loud downstairs from back window on weekends with music and singing. good fridge 2 bathrooms hot shower

We were going for an event in Parco Norte and the location was accurate, very close to mobilize where we had planned.

Huge plus of this apartment is availability of washing mashing and dryer. Good Wi-Fi, smart tv, so you can watch whatever you want on you own language. White and clean towels and bed, everything for cooking in kitchen. Security on the first floor. We felt ourselves absolutely safe.

It is a very pleasant place.. it is rustic (not deteriorated), very clean... something that I found important.. there were no insects like mosquitoes and cockroaches. The estate is very well equipped with blankets, towels, soap in the bathrooms, toilet paper, cooking utensils, appliances (fryer air, two-door refrigerator, toaster oven). It has a very good hammock. The parking lot very spacious and close to the access door (2 meters). I thought it was super good.. the main alcove left on the 2nd floor with a king bed, a living room, a bathroom with dresser and balcony. It has 3 full and spacious bathrooms. There is a mini market close by, where they do home. I have two furry and they really enjoyed it. It was very cool with the experience with my family. Absolutely loved our stay! The place has stunning views and plenty of open space to enjoy. It’s close to town, which makes it super convenient, yet it still feels peaceful and secluded. The check-in process was seamless, and the space itself was cozy and inviting. Would highly recommend when visiting El Carmen de Viboral.

Great apartment to safely enjoy Medellin

The place was great. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is very family friendly and they provided Stroller and bassinet and I think that is a great touch for families. The apartment is located in a very safe and peaceful area, walking distance from a big grocery store. The pool is heated and we spent a lot of time with my daughter there. It was great time, definitely will be back.

We love it so much the place, from the location, the interior design, the full amenities that you need. Enough space for 5 people, and also amazing location that walkable to go to city! Carlos was a very responsive host too as we have some issues on the beginning and providing solution for us. Will definitely recommended!

Amazing views and nice apartment. Security if friendly. Just is responsive. Only improvement I could suggest it either they mention in their description their apartment has coffee machine but host need to bring coffee powder on their own to make a coffee or they provide it. Also to my surprise they didn’t have wine glasses in kitchen.

I had an amazing stay at this Juan Pablo's Airbnb in Medellín! The apartment offers breathtaking views of nature, making every morning and evening a truly special experience. The building itself is extremely secure, with 24/7 security and controlled access, which gave me great peace of mind throughout my stay. Juan Pablo was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The location was also perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and attractions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Medellín and would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent place, very comfortable, good location, it has everything you need for your stay. The only problem was a misunderstanding at check-in time since the reservation was not in the goal, and the guardian did not want to let us in; and when trying to communicate with the host did not respond, at the end after a wait the doorman allows us to enter for penalties for the delay giving us directions that he had no information and is understandable for his work.

5 stars across the board! This place is even more beautiful than in the photos, if you can believe it. The view is incredible and the apartment has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised that there were two bathrooms and the black makeup wash cloth was a really nice touch. The building also has a heated pool, jacuzzi, steam room, spa, and really nice restaurant as well which was an added bonus. Highly recommend this location and these hosts!! Thanks!
