Beautiful view and balcony, quiet, comfortable. Laundry worked great, the gym in the building is quite good and I discovered a great co-working space in the building. In about 10 minutes walk I could reach a number of restaurants and maybe 15 minutes there was a full mall which turned out to be helpful for me. Was able to taxi to different tours and attractions, about 15 or 30 minutes to the center of Medellin depending on traffic. A perfect place to have a more private and comfortable stay for me in Medellin during an extended period of travel.

Scott was a wonderful host and has a lovely place with a great view! The apartment was clean and i had no issues whatsoever! I would recommend this location any day and the staff at the building were extremely friendly and helpful! Especially the guards! They made me feel like a resident here, which i appreciated alot!

Excellent apartment with a fantastic view over Medellin. The whole building is geared at Airbnb / short stays and it is therefore well set up for guests visiting the city for a few days.

We loved Diego's apartment. it's situated in a Hotel. The music can get loud on the weekend, but is tolerable with closed windows. Hot tub requires a reservation in advance. Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. We were able to get a crib for a little one as well. Location is very central and hotel has free parking and breakfast which we were able to enjoy. Would definitely stay at Diego's place again.

Great apartment to safely enjoy Medellin

The place was great. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is very family friendly and they provided Stroller and bassinet and I think that is a great touch for families. The apartment is located in a very safe and peaceful area, walking distance from a big grocery store. The pool is heated and we spent a lot of time with my daughter there. It was great time, definitely will be back.

Perfect for two couples. A plus is that it is adjacent to a hotel - was able to book a Guatape tours and use restaurant/bar. Apartment had everything needed - didn't have to buy water, as it also had a water filtered water dispenser. Didn't have a need to contact host often, but when we did, he responded right away. Close to main street and a quick cheap taxi to Provenza. A little over a mile to walk to metro station - there are two metro stations A line - Aguacatala and El Poblado. Apartment did look a little smaller than pictures, and we thought it had two balconies. There is only one. Plenty of hot water, however, you need to manipulate, the faucet, as it is either extremely hot or extremely cold - just prepare for it. Lastly, the apartment is situated on a hill, so if you plan on walking around, just know that you will have a steep hill to get back from main road - may want to take a cheap taxi back. Would definitely consider staying again.

Highly recommend. Place is beautiful and clean. Hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. They even put up balloons for my girlfriends birthday which looked amazing. Overall was one of the best places we’ve stayed at.

Excellent place, very comfortable, good location, it has everything you need for your stay. The only problem was a misunderstanding at check-in time since the reservation was not in the goal, and the guardian did not want to let us in; and when trying to communicate with the host did not respond, at the end after a wait the doorman allows us to enter for penalties for the delay giving us directions that he had no information and is understandable for his work.

The host is very friendly, always with the willingness to answer the doubts, the apartment as shown in the photographs. I would certainly stay at this apartment again.

Great place to stay in Medellin! It‘s very well located, easy to get to the are of restaurants/ bars and clubs not just by taxi, but also in walking distance. It‘s a safe area as well… The apartment is cozy and exactly as depicted, the bed comfy and spacious😁 We had a good time here. Thanks!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Guarne was absolutely incredible! The breathtaking views alone were worth it, but the immaculate, clean space and amazing amenities took it to the next level. The spacious living area and large terrace were perfect for relaxing, with multiple fireplaces, a hammock, and a stunning view from the master bedroom. We loved the fun touches like the Super Mario Bros arcade machine and ping pong table, as well as the fully equipped gym. The kitchen was ideal for cooking, complete with a coffee maker, blender, and plenty of utensils. Manuel, the co-host, truly made our stay unforgettable with his exceptional hospitality. He delivered groceries, helped with every question, and even assisted with our request for raw milk. His kindness and attentiveness were unmatched. This Airbnb perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and stunning surroundings. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

If your plan is to enjoy the nightlife of Provence this is the best accommodation, Andy its manager made our stay very pleasant, he helped us with reservations in the Rest, he gave us very useful recommendations to make our holidays even better

First, about the house and location-house is as advertised-Upstairs has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms so two of the rooms will share one bathroom, everyone else has their own bathroom. The house is spacious and the location is ideal as restaurants, bars etc are all close by. Large mall across the street with lots of restaurants, a food court and a nice gym. You will hear some street noise in this house, but I believe that’s almost everywhere in Medellin. The compound also has a guard gate with security there 24/7. Our hosts Christian and Greg: Greg helped with the initial booking and was very quick and responsive. Christian was our host we met in person and also communicated with me just prior to the trip. I can’t say enough about this guy. His communication was amazing and quick to respond and assist. Of all Airbnb hosts I’ve ever dealt with, he was by far the most involved and helpful. He even was our tour guide for Guatape. I would highly recommend both Christian and Greg.

Best Airbnb in Colombia! My husband is from Medellin and this area is absolutely prestine! The home was incredibly clean and John the host was there to help with anything you needed. Incredibly kind and helpful and a great guide to the city if you are unfamiliar. The home was gorgeous! The furnishings.. the art.. incredible. Additionally, very comfortable and the house included anything you may need and more! You felt safe, taken care of, and close to anything Medellin proper you want to do! There’s a fabulous tienda (store) on site if you have a late arrival or just forget anything essential or simply something you just want.. snacks… beer.. food. Absolutely perfect location- 15 minutes at most from anything you want Medellin! I would recommend this property to everyone from business colleagues to friends to family. Spanish/English speaking for those that could use a little help in español. Fantastic price for what you get! I could not sing this property or host praises more!!!

10 years traveling, and we just found the perfect Airbnb! The place is a paradise, full of animals that are super friendly. Gaby (one of the dog) will become your best friend. The location is 8 min from the airport and 25 min from El Poblado. Meyer is very friendly and will explain you everything. If you are looking for a place to rest, mediate, exercise and work. This is the perfect one. THANKS A LOT MEYER FOR THOSE 10 days!
