This is a pretty nice place. It does NOT have hot water. Not even slightly warm water. Don't plan on using that big bathtub that you see unless you want a cold plunge (without the sauna). The lack of hot water matches the amenities at the bottom of the list if you look down far enough. I guess I just assumed with that many showers and a huge tub that there would be hot water. Also, the beds are very hard. Don't plan on sleeping on your side. The owner was very nice and had quick communication. Overall, it is pretty nice. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pretty nice view. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb if you don't mind cold showers and if you prefer firm mattresses. We ended up renting a different Airbnb halfway through.

Incredible place, wonderful scenery and spectacular house. The beds a little hard but I have no words to describe the place..a MARAVILLA. very kind Betty and Helena who welcomed us. In the rooms the perfume they put on was very rich but a little intense, it's just a detail... Definitely recommended.

This lodging is everything and more that you see in the photos. Everything in perfect order and top quality, in terms of appliances and extra amenities. Everything for your stay is there, included for cooking. Hosts are quickly responsive and helpful. This is one of the most interesting, charming and unique AirBnb’s we’ve stayed in and it was so very reasonably priced. We thank the hosts for allowing others to experience their amazing home and property.

Divine the stay, the beautiful place, the excellent weather, the house is super clean, super recommended, the only thing and it would not be negative. It would be that they would fix the boat to walk in the rest of the lake, everything is very good, the Butordomo Don Luis and his wife are very kind and helpful with us.

Our stay at Casa Chévere was nothing short of wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of the surroundings and the thoughtful details that make this home an unforgettable retreat. Sergio and Brenda were incredibly welcoming and responsive, and the house manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our visit. The house itself is a haven of comfort and luxury. The spacious bedrooms, beautiful views, and lovely outdoor spaces were all designed with relaxation in mind. The amenities were top-notch: great Wi-Fi, and well equipped kitchen. The kayaks were great, as the river was easy to access and provided a fun and scenic paddling experience. The jacuzzi and the suspended hammocks were a hit!!! It’s clear that Sergio and Brenda thought of every detail. Thank you, Sergio and Brenda, for sharing your beautiful home with us! Casa Chévere is truly a gem, and we can’t wait to return.

We took a short weekend trip from Bogotá and Leo's place was just perfect. Pictures do not do it justice. The views are amazing from anywhere you are on the property. I especially love the outdoor space, you can enjoy a nice breakfast at the table, the jacuzzi or the nets to lay back and relax with a one-of-a-kind view! The rooms are nice, each with a really nice view! You really cannot go wrong with renting this home for a vacation! I would highly recommend it. =)

Very nice and clean apartment with all the amenities described. The hosting is very attentive to the needs and/or problems that may arise. I highly recommend the place, it is a very well located new building in a very quiet area a few blocks from the main park.

Great place to stay when visiting Guatape. Short walk to the center of the town. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The house is very nice, it overlooks the dam and the stone, it is super quiet the place, perfect for resting. 3 super comfortable and clean bathrooms, 2 spacious rooms with privacy. The house has several environments so everyone can have spaces to relax. The kitchen is very well equipped, crockery, appliances, pots, glasses, silverware. The owner always responds, sends suggestions for activities and the very friendly person in charge. We loved that you can walk to the village on a super quiet sidewalk.

Daniel’s place was beautiful and in a great location. We played ping pong, badminton, rented jet skis, and more. There was so much to do. Very close to the pierdra peñól and the centro of Guatape. The views were amazing! The ladies that came and cleaned the kitchen and rooms were a great help so we could spend more time with family. Daniel was very attentive and helped us with contacts for moto taxis and places to eat in the area. We would love to go back and stay again!

Loved staying at this rental. Amazing communication, Elena the housekeeper checked on us every day, made a beautiful breakfast, offered help throughout the day and night, even ordered us take out! She really made the stay perfect. 👍🏻

Beautiful location, very close to the town of Guatape. They were really helpful with renting a boat for our family and finding us a large van to get back to Medellin. The large soccer field, trampoline, and hammocks were a huge hit with our kids.

It was a great stay, it met our expectations. It is small but very cozy, nice and relaxing view. Very grateful for the attention of Noelia, her daughter and the host Paula. Good communication at all times, excellent location. Just be careful with the ceiling on the second floor because it is very low and you can hit it. I recommend this place for your vacations.I am very grateful for giving us such a nice place to enjoy with my family. Thank you
