Holiday houses in Canto da Areia

The house was beautiful with an amazing large, private outdoor area. The host was very friendly and welcomed us upon our arrival to show us around. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. There also was a place to swim very close by where you are almost always completely by yourself. We enjoyed our stay here very much and hope to come back soon!

I had an incredible time at Gigi house! From the moment I arrived, Gigi was super welcoming and made me feel right at home. The place was even better than the pictures – the sunsets need to be lived, it was perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring, and the had everything we needed. The pool and the sauna are TOP! The place was spotless and super comfy. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and I loved the little touches like the welcome basket. All in all, I can’t wait to come back!

We spent several days on Pico. The house is easy to reach, but is in a quiet neighborhood. You have to drive a bit to the nearest supermarket or restaurant. The view from the living room through the huge panoramic window is fantastically beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. The house was in pristine condition, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The loungers in the living room and the bed are extremely comfortable. On the porch in front of the house you can have a wonderful breakfast overlooking the sea. Parking right in front of the property is not a problem. A really impressively beautiful house!

Stunning location!! One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I’ve stayed. Peaceful setting of the most beautiful ocean views. We had a great time exploring Pico and Faial. Thank you for your kind hospitality. We look forward to another visit to the beautiful Azores!

Don't hesitate to book this place! The pictures don't do it justice--it is beautiful, well decorated, very clean, and in a great location that is very close to Madalena

We enjoyed our stay at Quinta da Ribeira da Urze. Casa da Ribeira has the best bed we’ve ever encountered during an Airbnb stay. Usually, we end up with these tiny hard beds. We asked for a fan and were surprised to receive such a nice one; it moved the air. We enjoyed having breakfast out on the patio and looking at the ocean. The hillside had a welcoming cooling effect on the warm days. The Wi-Fi worked beautifully, and so did the washing machine. These small things helped make our stay very comfortable.
