Monthly Rentals in Borim

Enjoyed my vacation with my family more than what I had expected only because we got an opportunity to stay at such a wonderful property. Had an opportunity to talk with Vinda Kaki as well as Nitin Kaka and they both are friendly and we just felt like home. Definitely going to recommend it to my friends who wish to have a peaceful vacation in Goa. Clean linen, spacious room, neatly set-up furnitures, greenary everywhere you see made this place more pleasant. A well maintained property with touch of friendly vibes.

The place looked exactly as the pictures, serene and peaceful. Though there are roasters around to balance the serenity. The property has 4 villas and a fairly private pool, which was the primary reason for my booking. The host had a seemingly straightforward check-in process with in-house availability of rented vehicles. My advise would be to rent a car instead of a scooty if you plan to head out post sundown as the roads are sometimes pitch dark in that area and street dogs might cause trouble. It takes about 5-10min on a vehicle to reach the highway and not many food options nearby. There is not much to do at the property except for the pool since there is no smart TV as well. But if you just want to soak in greenery and relax, this could be the perfect place. The interiors and the kitchen are quite earthy. The bathroom is as big as the room itself with a bathtub. The host sent us the home made Bebinca (Goan Dessert) on our last day too. Overall it was a good relaxing stay.

The Location: Tucked into a small village type neighborhood and far far away from the hustle and bustle, exactly the way I like it. The estate is remotely located without being remote in a scary sense. It is very private and remarkably safe. The Place: As I mentioned earlier, the photos do not do justice. The villa is prettier than the online version of it. When you see the villa, you will immediately know that lot of love and hard work has gone into it. It is beautifully crafted and even more beautifully curated with period pieces. The Support: Anthony, who takes care of the daily nitty-gritties, must have been an English valet in his previous life. He appears when one needs him and quietly disappears when one wants privacy. Absolutely discrete and not intrusive. Hallmarks of a professional. He kept the villa super clean for the five days we stayed there. And always at hand when we needed help. Carmen was a delightful host and gave us useful tips. Ten out of ten.

A memorable stay in Goa. Peaceful and lush green space with a private pool access is what I was looking for with my family. Close to Mapusa and other major markets of North Goa. One can easily go the beaches by self rentals car or bikes. Safe locality for late night excursions. Coming to the place it was clean had all the amenities required. Water pressure from the faucets was perfect, ample bathroom linens were provided. Mattress was super comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils for cooking. Online grocery delivery is available and restaurants also delivered to the place. Host has provided with a helper Bappi who is always available to help out and the maid comes regularly for cleaning which makes it comfortable to stay longer. Highly recommend to stay at Prashant ji's BnB if you are coming to Goa.
