Monthly Rentals in Borim

Enjoyed my vacation with my family more than what I had expected only because we got an opportunity to stay at such a wonderful property. Had an opportunity to talk with Vinda Kaki as well as Nitin Kaka and they both are friendly and we just felt like home. Definitely going to recommend it to my friends who wish to have a peaceful vacation in Goa. Clean linen, spacious room, neatly set-up furnitures, greenary everywhere you see made this place more pleasant. A well maintained property with touch of friendly vibes.

Had a lovely stay at Lokesh's place. It's very conveniently located quite near BITS Pilani Goa campus and if you need to visit the campus this is the perfect place to stay. Lokesh is a very helpful and friendly host and helped in organising my pickup from the airport and though my flight was delayed by more than two hours, his local taxi partner was waiting and also helped to check-in even though it was late at night. The place itself is exactly as shown in the pictures and is a great studio for short/ long stays. While I didn't try it, you can also avail of basic breakfast which he organises. I hired a scooter through Lokesh and it was very convenient to travel across Goa. The location itself is very scenic and peaceful with a nice view but you will need transport to move around as always in Goa. All in all an excellent stay and totally value for money and I highly recommend it.

From the moment we stepped into this beautiful oasis we felt we had been transported to another world. It was so peaceful with a gorgeous swimming pool to keep us cool, the birds and monkeys kept us entertained from morning to the evening. The accommodation was stunning we loved it, we felt right at home with everything we needed for a few days of total relaxation, this was helped by the amazing staff always on hand to help, especially when we turned up a little early to check in! a big shout out to Rina and Laxmir and the rest of the wonderful staff, and also to Molly, who is the sweetest dog. There is only one word to describe this lovely place ... idyllic

Carmen's home has left a lasting impression of what a vacation in goa can be. Truly a peaceful sanctuary for those looking for an escape from their busy lives albeit for a couple of days. Will definitely visit again
