Monthly Rentals in BoCoCa

Our 6 weeks at Maggie & Josh’s were wonderful and special, due in substantial part to their thoughtfulness, kindness and responsiveness. From the time of our initial communication until our departure, they never missed a beat, taking care of even the smallest requests (such as replacing a specialty light bulb) in record time. There were, however, barely any requests that needed to be made given the effort they have gone to in creating such a great place to stay. Many of us have had Airbnb experiences where the advance description didn’t match the reality. Not the case here. It was exactly as advertised. Maggie & Josh gave us lots of space and privacy, and we felt so very comfortable in their place and in their Carroll Gardens neighborhood (a combination of quiet residential blocks a few steps from great shops and restaurants). The entire experience was what one would hope for in an Airbnb, and our hosts were emblematic of great hospitality. It was a privilege to be a part of it.

Tom and Alissa were the perfect hosts and the apartment was fantastic. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs, and this was by far one of the top. Extremely convenient with the F train and also very comfortable with our 6 month baby! Great for short or long stays. We were sad to leave.

Lovely (huge) townhouse within easy walking distance of the subway. Critically for the heat wave this summer, equipped with effective AC. Plant & cat sitting are part of the deal, but the cats are very sweet, and the substantial discount over comparable places in the region makes some chores well worth it. Caroline was a great host - helped us solve a few problems, and always responded quickly. We really enjoyed getting to know this part of Brooklyn.

Pauline was an excellent host and her place was exactly as advertised. A perfect location in the heart of Brooklyn with so many great restaurants and bars. The unit is private with separate entrance and has everything you need for a short or long stay. She was helpful and responsive with anything we needed! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay!
