Monthly Rentals in Blackmount

We had a lovely stay at Leane’s place. She was super responsive and helpful. The house was spotless and we felt right at home. It was the perfect peaceful country escape. The alpacas and sheep were also very friendly.

Well there isn't much to say except this place is magical. Would give more stars if I could... my wife and I sure saw more than 5 while sitting around a peaceful fire in the evening. The food provided by Andrew and pie by Martha was excellent. The bath was a SPECTACULAR way to end a day of biking around the lake using the bikes provided by our host. The kitchen is stocked, the entire experience is customized for your relaxation, Andrew was so kind and responsive, and my wife is scouring the internet trying to find a comforter like the one on this bed. Anyway, if you're considering this, just book it. You'll see. Thanks for everything!

We travel as two couples and are in agreement that this was an excellent stay. it's a simple cottage though very comfortable. the view from the window is beautiful it's very quiet. Internet is quick and reliable. the area itself is spectacular with many great activities. Of course going to Milford sound is a must though we also sailed on the lake in Te Anau (which is just a short drive away) in a sail boat that Winston Churchill had once used. Recommended. Te Anau is very nice. We had such a good time here. Good value for the money highly recommended!

Super cute place, we really enjoyed our stay! Very walkable area and nice and quiet. Kitchen had all the essentials. Internet/Wifi was very fast, I could do a video call without issue. Also, I really appreciate that there was a working carbon monoxide detector!
