Monthly Rentals in Ballard

Lisa's place was great! Its centrally located near both Santa Ynez and Los Olivos as well as a number of wineries including Gainey Winery which was excellent! The home is nice and well appointed with everything that we needed for our stay and the horses were an excellent bonus. Also, Lisa was a great host who was super responsive when I realized that I left my medication at the house as she shipped it to me the same day. We've stayed here before and will definitely stay again!

We loved our stay here, the location is perfect for going to all the different areas. Jen was very on top of a little hiccup we had upon arrival. Place is very cozy. Best mattress I have ever slept on! The animals are a fun addition. I HIGHLEY recommend the eggs we cleared her out of her stock lol that is how good they are...we will be back.

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. Loved the cozy space and the location is superb to visit surrounding cities and explore the beauty of the area. Highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay at the Ballard Cottage. Everything was so cozy, beautifully designed, and we felt like we were staying in an amazingly curated cottage from a magazine. The cottage had all of the amenities of a quality hotel, but the privacy and "home feeling" of an Airbnb. Morgan was super easy to communicate with and gave an awesome list of recommendations for the area. We definitely highly recommend staying here and hope to return someday soon.
