There is a CLIMATE RESILIENCE TAX that is not included in the price and the guest must pay IN CASH upon arriving in the property. The additional tax from March 1st to October 31st is 1,5€ per night whereas from November 1st to February 29th the additional tax is 0,50€.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Athens! The location was super convenient and easy to access, which made getting around the city a breeze. What truly made this experience stand out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond, helping me book tours—even though it wasn’t part of their job—and gave thoughtful recommendations for beautiful places to eat. Their warm, attentive customer service made my trip not just smooth, but genuinely memorable. I can’t recommend this place enough and would happily stay here again!

This place is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. There is a very cool private elevator to the top floor with an amazing balcony and views. The room is huge and the balcony is even bigger. The place is full of curtains and windows all controlled with a remote control. It was fun playing with it to be honest. Our only hesitation is that there was not a direct view of the acropolis but you can just walk around the corner of the balcony and it is right there. I think those views are overrated on other rentals and I think this place was appropriately priced and worth every penny. The location was unbeatable. We only got in a car twice our entire trip and that was for taxi to and from the airport. It is located in the heart of everything with all the amazing restaurants and bars. It is such a walkable city and it was so nice being so close to everything. It was a little noisy at night but that was only if you were outside on the balcony. Once the doors were closed you couldn't hear anything. I personally enjoyed that aspect of it. Plus, the part of town where this is located seems to completely shut down at an appropriate hour of the night. We walked to the acropolis with ease and could not have asked for a better spot. Checkin and checkout was seamless and it was a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.
