Great place to stay and a great area

Our stay at Ioanna's apartment was great. We stayed for several weeks and from the very first moment we felt at home. Quite quiet apartment building and quiet neighborhood, with good access to all known parts of Athens. Good transportation, metro is just around the corner, even walking access to the center is easy. The communication with Ioanna was very good and we appreciated that she had foreseen every detail to feel comfortable from the first day, in an apartment that had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. What a place!! Karim’s apartment is even better than the pictures, the hot tub is absolutely massive and the outdoor space is easily one of the nicest I’ve seen in an Airbnb. As a host he was also great, super responsive and left a great welcome package in the fridge of beer, wine and soft drinks. The city was also super accessible from the apartment with the metro a 10 min walk away, however I really liked the area as it felt far less touristy and safe. Highly recommend this place ⭐️

A lovely stay. The location is fantastic and the flat is very nice and comfortable. The tech is a bit tricky to use and is quite bright at night with switches lit up but otherwise it was all very nice.

I had a great stay at this studio! The location was fantastic—quiet area with easy access to both the metro and the airport. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, making it feel like a comfortable home away from home. The host was excellent, very friendly, and the communication throughout was seamless. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, though the only downside was that the studio shared a door with another space, so I could hear some noise from the other guests.

Maria and Dimitris are truly excellent hosts, and we loved staying in their beautiful, well-equipped villa. Particular highlights of our stay included: * Breathtaking sea views from the two terraces and stunning gardens * Swimming in the wonderful pool after day trips to Athens * Watching Netflix movies under the stars with the amazing home cinema * Snorkelling a few minutes away in the clear blue Aegean and relaxing on Schinias beach * Seeing swallowtail butterflies and hearing the cicadas. Very comfortable stylish and spotless house! Although we had a short stay we immediately felt the warmth and serenity of this home. Our host Irini was very helpful and prompt in her responses. . Our daughter loved the house bed, so many toys, and the crib in the yard. The amenities of the house are also impressive as there is everything and more that someone might need during their stay. Things we could never have imagined mostly in the amenities for families like, intercom, high chair, baby bath, and more. But the biggest surprise was the projector in the living room! We relaxed watching a movie in the evening, it was the perfect closure of our day. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we hope to find the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home again soon! The house is beautifully situated on a large plot. The equipment is good and relevant. We were welcomed with wine and biscuits. Aristotle was always very accessible and helpful.

Lovely flat, lovely owner! We stayed here as a family of four for a week in Athens and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The location was so convenient, everything is within easy walking distance. There was a lot of choice for Airbnbs in Athens and I picked this flat for location, it’s balcony (wider than quite a few listed), and the fact that it has two bathrooms (with four of us, this was essential). Tatiana was always reachable, arranged transport to and from the airport, and arranged for clean towels half way through the stay. She also gave us a very kind food platter, which was so thoughtful. Couldn’t rate it higher!

I stayed for a month, and all in all, I have enjoyed the place so much. It comes prepared with everything you might need during your stay, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, machines and spcies. Dimitrios and his wife were very kind and friendly, they even offered me a ride to the place and showed me the local supermarket and shops. Since I did not have a car, they offered me a city bike that I can go to the center which was about 15-20 mins away on foot. Dimitrios was also very responsive to answer my questions and any problems I faced It was a good retreat for some peaceful and calm time away from the city life. A thing I did not particularly like, however, was that apart from the outdoor cameras (for security), there was an indoor one looking at the living room; while I am not sure if it was live or recording, it was definitely plugged in - I didn't appreciate the lack of privacy. However, generally, I would definitely recommend the place for booking

We had a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations! A heartfelt thank you to the hosts, who were incredibly welcoming and always easy to communicate with. On our arrival, we were delighted to find a lovely assortment of treats left by the hosts, waiting for us in the fridge—fresh fruits, delicious marmalade, bread, and some drinks, including wine. also some exquisite local olive oil and cookies. The house is beautifully decorated, with charming rooms that felt like a fairy tale. Our kids loved it, especially with the many toys ,English books and the lovely treehouse in the garden. It truly felt like a magical getaway! Equipped with everything we could need, the house provided us with towels and swimming pool towels, as well as toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. We visited in late October when the weather was a pleasant 22 degrees, allowing us to bask in the sun by the pool. We also made unforgettable memories enjoying a barbecue and soaking in the jacuzzi. Delightful!

Our stay was amazing, and the views are great. This home is set up well and is very comfortable and clean. We loved the hot tub and used it every day! I would recommend this rental, especially for families as the beach is close and there are some rocks to climb around on. My kids loved those things. The host was very responsive and answered questions right away, even walking us through the home when we arrived and pointed out how to work all the different things. If you are looking for a place to relax and is quiet, this is the place.

Artemis is a wonderful hostess! She was very proactive and professional! Gave us clear instructions and was very kind and caring throughout our short stay! The apartment was better than what we expected! Very comfortable and in a very convenient area if you plan to explore the city using the public transportation. Walkable distance from very central places also. We felt safe and like home while we were there!Overall we had an amazing stay and we will definitely come back!

I highly recommend Kostas's apartment . Kostas was answering quickly, the pool is great, not to far from the city. I will come back for sure.

The property was IMPECCABLE. Spotless , towels and sheets were fragrant, the hot tub was super clean and super easy to use. The place is very beautiful, like in the photos and even better ,everything to perfection . Mr. Michalis is very kind,has thought of everything and has built a beautiful space that you can really relax.
