Monthly Rentals in Anilao Hill

We stayed at Melody's apartment for almost a week, and I don't think we could've found a better place in Lipa! It's situated in a very quiet and safe division with lots of tindahans around and easy access to the main road and public transportation. It's also got a parking space - we were able to fit in our truck. Melody and her co-hosts were all very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The unit was in a good condition. It's got great air conditioning, a couple of fans for added convenience, and also two TVs. The bathroom was clean, and so was the kitchen. Highly recommended.

We loved the place! It's clean, very spacious, and fully equipped with all the supplies you need for a great stay. The attendants were also very kind and friendly. The laundry area is fantastic—it was super helpful in reducing the amount of work when we returned home. My kids enjoyed the games, Netflix, and karaoke available. I was able to work and attend Zoom meetings while traveling, thanks to the strong internet connection. The place is also very quiet and secure, as it is located inside a subdivision. Staying here was a great decision, and I definitely recommend this place!

Our stay at Emelita’s place was absolutely amazing! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated with cozy frames, and had all the things we could possibly need. The location was perfect— and a very fast internet connection. The place is very close to all, alfamart and local restaurants, and a walking distance to the resort. Emelita was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was seamless, and all instructions were clear. One of the highlights was the outdoor area where we had our morning coffee. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lipa. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
