Holiday houses in Boracay

At first, I was hesitant to book this because I know it is far to the center. I am so glad I took the risk! Place is so clean and peaceful - in fact, the New Coast beach is my top choice now upon visiting all the beaches there. Puka beach (my 2nd choice) is also near the area. Building looks primarily new - I hope they will be able to maintain the cleanliness. The front desk and security guards are very accommodating and hospitable. There’s even a peaceful background music in the hallway during daytime (first time experiencing this)! HOHO cards being available is a game changer - HOHO bus has been extremely convenient on my trip. I will miss Boracay and this place - I will definitely book this place again. New Coast is the best place in Boracay for some peace. Worth every penny!

The place was clean, neat, spacious, and presented the exact images of photos. The host, Lee was quick to respond, and she and her staff were kind and nice. We only have good impressions about the host and her place. Thank you again for letting us stay at the lovely place of yours, Lee!

Highly recommend this place! Elena was incredibly helpful and answered all our queries in a timely manner. The 2 free trips per day to anywhere on the island was an amazing bonus. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodation.

Great place to stay for a peaceful vacation. As advertised, Diniwid Beach is just a few minutes walk from the property and Station 1 could be accessed from Diniwid Beach though a lighted pathway. The rooms were properly maintained, spacious, and clean. Basic toiletries and towels are also provided. Units with kitchen have kitchenware and dinnerware available for use. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The host was responsive to queries as well. Wifi is available, and the property is backed-up with a generator. Over-all, a place you can highly recommend.

The place was absolutely great. Rooms were clean and the property was just near enough to be walkable from the main beach but also far enough so we could enjoy the peace and quiet when needed. The main standout was Mar's hospitality towards his/her/their guests. Replies very quickly to questions and even gives recommendations. He even accommodates our heavier requests. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone who wants to enjoy their vacation in Boracay!

We had an amazing stay at Nonna House! The apartment was spotless and perfectly located near everything we wanted to see, and host Anna was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. The bed was super comfortable. We even had some technical issues, but they took action right away and tried their best. They even offered some credit for the issues, but I didn’t accept it because the host was kind and very understanding. Anna truly tried her best. I'm very happy staying at their place. They addressed all the small issues took the action immediately . I am very satisfied with their service, and they were very responsive. It's a quiet area if you prefer a place that is not loud. I highly recommend this place; it’s very spacious and good for families and friends. We had a great time—it was all worth the money.🏝️🏖️🌴♥️

Seeking a relaxing vacation, this home provided us exactly what we needed for quality family time. The grounds and the home itself were breathtaking. While the beach in front was a bit rocky for swimming, the compensating pool became a favorite spot for my kids. Anjie, the caretaker, enhanced our experience significantly. He is such a hard worker, keeping the grounds so beautiful. He assisted with transport arrangements upon arrival and facilitated private tricycles for our trips to Caticlan (just 10 minutes away). Additionally, you can find a shared tricycle at the end of the road quite easily for only 20 pesos per person. Caticlan has a 7-11 and markets for eggs and other cooking ingredients. For a larger grocery run, Boracay had ample options. Anjie's recommendation, Cafe Tribu (a 5 minute ride from the house) became a favorite spot for pizza and more. Wifi was occasionally spotty, but the fantastic cable TV package allowed plenty of entertainment for us. Thanks for a nice week.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was easy to communicate and went beyond our expectations to make sure we feel comfortable. It's great location for a calm stay, although close to everything. Next time we come to Boracay, we will consider staying here again. If you consider staying long-term and work from home - the internet connection is not quite good and power/water outages might occasionally occur. For short stay and holiday its a great choice, though! Thanks for having us!
