This apartment was perfect for sightseeing in Almaty. Not too far from Metro and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Aigul was a fantastic host and was very flexible in terms of check in and check out. The apartment was plenty big enough for the four of us who stayed and having two bathrooms was very useful. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Almaty for a few days sightseeing.

We stayed at this apartment for five days and really enjoyed our time. It had everything a tourist could need. The area is modern, and both the building and apartment feel fresh and well-maintained. There are plenty of cafes, beauty salons, and restaurants nearby. Traveling with a baby, we especially appreciated the added bonus of a playground. Overall, everything was excellent!

Quite place, all necessary things are at walking distance

This place was nice. Accommodate well for my family (2 adult and 2 kids) the kitchen has everything we need. The location Is not on the center of the city, but the area is really nice and the taxi in kz is very cheap. (Around 2-3 USD to the main city) many restaurants and supermarkets just behind the building, i recommend to try the eva coffee which is walking distance from the apartment. They open at 7, have a great coffee, tea and breakfast. The host was extremely helpful and nice. He greeted us when we arrived, having some house tour and gave us restaurant recommendations.

Fantastic location in a new building. The size of the apartment is nice (large living area connected to the kitchen and a spacious bedroom). About a 5 minute walk away is the Mega Park. A little noise could be heard from the occasional drilling but it was only a couple times during my week long stay and so I don't think it is an issue. I would stay here again.

Our stay at Lyudmila's apartment couldn't have been better. Upon arrival, the hostess showed us everything and communication with Lyudmila was flawless. We enjoyed a stunning view of frozen trees and squirrels from our windows. The apartment was sunny, warm, bright, clean, and well-organized. A fully equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy our time there even more. Moreover, Lyudmila's place is in an area where the air is less polluted than in the city centre. The location offers easy access to the attractions in the Shymbulak resort.

I truly felt at home during my stay here and the flat was quite comfortable and cozy. The host is so responsive and helpful. would recommend that 👌

Mr Azmat is honest person and it’s more helpful always. The timing of check out exact time or he will allow maximum one hour more that’s it .it’s part of business. Overall he and flat is very good 👍

This Airbnb was a breath of fresh air after coming from London. It was so spacious and peaceful. It was so much larger than the photos suggested and it was conveniently located on top of a lovely cafe and across from many restaurants. It had everything we needed. The host communicated very well and really went above and beyond to ensure smooth and early morning access to the apartment when we landed in Almaty. The host also supplied our departure with flexibility and effective communication. I recommend this place to fellow families and travellers.

Great place to stay to come back to. The location is very convenient - everything is accessible on foot and by taxi. The place is quiet and easily accessible. Nice apartment with self check-in. The apartment is quiet, quiet, has everything for life. There are a lot of shops nearby, you can reach the center with public transport. There are some household imperfections, but I think it's easy to fix: - in the kitchen "buzzing" light when turned on - Water pressure is periodically weak - There are no keys to the gate to the yard, so every time you have to explain to the guards who you are and where you are going

Very large, spacious apartment with a great location. Plenty of shops and restaurants in a walking distance. Everything is fine in the apartment, except for the lack of air conditioning and since we stayed in the hot season, during the day it was very hot in the apartment, but at night it is wonderful, you can sleep with the windows open thanks to the draft, even sometimes it was cool. The hostess is wonderful, went to meet us in everything and helped us. Recommended.

The best stay I ever had till now. This comfortable stay with all amenities inhouse made our kazakhstan trip even more smoother and better. Kanysh is the best host we ever met. He came to pick us up from airport at 3am even when our flight was delayed. He provided us with all the amenities one would ever expect from an airbnb. Perfect stay for a perfect vacation. Evgenia is always kind, polite and ready to help or solve any problem, it means a lot! There were some troubles with shelf doors, but she helped to solve it really quickly. Only jacuzzi didn't live up to expectations bc of broken settings; and tv worked bad, but still it was good experience and all other covered these defects. I really liked working desk, organization of kitchen zone, bed, location, view to the mountains and most of all — Evgenia's communicativeness! Thanks for good time in Almaty💙
