House holiday rentals in Alimos

This was our first trip to Athens and thanks to Panayiotis we are for sure coming back! The villa is beautiful and perfectly clean, Panayiotis was happy to help with whatever we needed and made several wonderful suggestions. If you are looking to not just see Athens but to also have accommodations in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood with any amenities you may need, this is the place for you. Particularly thoughtful was when (before we came) I asked Panayiotis if he had a kettle to make tea with, although he didn't he bought one-just because I asked-how thoughtful is that! That was how the entire stay went-everything was easy and we felt more like guests in his lovely villa! Thank you Panayiotis!!

Vasileio (and his family) were very good hosts, reactive and helpful. One of his daughters showed us around, explained everything well, very freindly. They even had the sofa beds prepared for the kids as we arrived late. The house was really well equipped and clean. Would recommend it to stay there. Thanks for the Lemonade !

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation spot. I look forward returning in the future! Efcharisto

Kyriaki is so wonderfully nice and heartfelt, she immediately made us all feel welcome and at ease. The house is peaceful and luxurious and we spent most of our time out on the yard, enjoying the pool and having long lunches. There's lots of seating space and the yard is so beautiful and well kept it's hard to go elsewhere. The stay was made so simple and easy - there were detailed instructions on how to use all of the amenities, recommendations on places to go eat (which by the way, are absolutely worth following through), everything was done to make our stay as relaxing as possible. The fridge was even stocked with wines and juices and fruits, marmalade, crackers, treats! A cleaning and change of sheets/towels midway through our stay was offered too- so thoughtful! I could not have pictured a better stay than what we ended up having. If you're on the fence between two places to stay - choose here. Thank you for making our holiday such a wonderful memory to think back on.

This was a great place for our family! George (who manages the home) was extremely responsive and very kind. We loved the area and the grocery store up the street was so convenient, and had amazing premade food, sushi, smoothies etc. We loved the house and the pool. Our stay was lovely. Thank you, George.

Great location, nice price and super clean.

We have a brilliant time at Nikkos’ lovely villa. It’s quiet, private and the pool is wonderful. It’s really handy for Vari and other places on the coast but you do need a car. It was the perfect retreat for us. Nikkos is such a friendly host. Nothing is too much trouble for him. We would like to thank Nikkos for a great holiday!

Perfect flat and cool places in Athènes

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Maria is very welcoming and gave us clear instructions before we arrived to find the place easily. She was also very flexible on our check-in and check-out times. The apartment is quite large and very bright, we enjoyed the balcony. thanks Maria!

An oasis in the artistic and political heart of Athens, we had a beautiful stay.

A fabulous place to stay and enjoy Athens - all in walking distance from the front door of the apartment. We were a family of 4 and had plenty of space with lovely comfortable beds and hot showers and great access to all that we needed - local bakeries through to great restaurants and sights. Such a gem !

Beautiful house, very Easy to move around the city from there. Had everything you needed inside and the hosts were extremely responsive and Easy to contact. Overall a great space and a good experience

Beautiful home with very nice garden. Quiet neighbourhood. Nearby is very pretty park with dancing fountain. From this place we were able to get everywhere around quite easily. It is worth to mention that we stayed here with a 18 month old and had everything we needed. Thank you for your hospitality 🏡

This is a real gem for anyone looking to stay in Athens! The metro was so close and easy to use + only a 20 minute ride to the city centre. Our hosts were SO friendly and we had an amazing stay and felt as though we could ask them anything. We would really recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be coming back if we ever visit Athens again!

The place is great and in a quiet neighborhood. The design is very nice and minimal. Master bedroom was excellent. Overall the place was quite good and at a good price point. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend these accommodations as the area is very peaceful neighborhood, however, you are just a short cab ride away from everything. The host is the kindest and most attentive I have ever encountered. We had to extend our stay in Greece and she accommodated all our requests. Our stay was a memorable experience that we will never forget.

Elena was a great host, lots of communication. The apartment is very close to the metro, very convenient with all amenities. We traveled with 2 children aged 4 and 9 months. We had an umbrella bed ready upon arrival. There's a great market right across the house which is very convenient. We had a great week! Ευχαριστщ Elena!!

We loved our stay here. In a really lovely, peaceful neighbourhood with great restaurants, coffee shops, a bakery, a supermarket and only a short walk into the city centre so we barely used any taxis/public transport. Plenty of amenities in the house and we made good use of the rooftop which has amazing views. Communication with Natasa and Manos was great, they sent detailed instructions and were helpful throughout our stay. The cats were an added bonus for us! Would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Athens.

The host was friendly, and the accommodation was out of the question! He was very friendly!

Moses was extremely responsive. For example, I accidentally deprogrammed the remote and within minutes he told me how to reprogram it. We brought our small dog and he loved being free on the patio. The location could not be better. It is in walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants and beaches. We felt very safe. It’s a home, not a 5 star hotel, so we appreciated Moses meeting us at our midnight arrival to show us the quirks of the place. If we have the good fortune to return to Greece again, I do believe we will stay here again.
