Comfortable and functional apartment, exactly as described. Convenient location in the gut, of course you can't expect to park under the house, but once you unload the car you can look for parking in the area. A special merit because it is one of the very few apartments where the sofa beds (and pillows) are really comfortable.

Marco was an amazing host, we stayed in the winter when it’s not the touristy season but it was nonetheless an amazing experience! Marco picked us up on the first day at the train station in Alassio; Showed us the way, guided around local recommendations including a local villa for the nuns which we didn’t know about while also showing us how to use the house and of course the Gelato and Jam they gave us was pristine amazing experience! The place is located on a hill and it’s a bit of a hike if you don’t own a car but Marco showed us a quick path around it which helped a lot. All in all the view, location and the town are perfect. We even went skiing via Turin which only took 4 hours by public transport which is enough to enjoy a full day of skiing! The villa itself is clean and very cozy big large living room and a small kitchen on the second floor a large bedroom with a Wooden Ships/Ships of the line theme with amazing detail and very matching decor! Would definitely recommend!
