Very nice house, surrounded by greenery. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Diego has always been punctual and accurate in his communications and available for any type of info. Simply put, everything is perfect!

We had beautiful days and the terrace with the view we enjoyed very much in sunny warm temperatures. We would book this apartment again at any time.

I can’t possibly describe how unbelievable this place is. It’s not big but it’s cosy and big enough for a family of 4 but of course the views and sounds of the waves crashing below are magical. Cristina was a great host - super communicative, responsive and kind. The whole complex was empty as we visited in an off season but I’m sure it gets busy in the summer. Have a small car because parking is tight!

It was our second visit. We really appreciated the quick responses to inquiries from us and would be happy to come back. Thank you for the nice welcome and farewell gestures.

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

Quiet but not isolated location, peace and quiet, mild weather even on New Year's Eve. Cozy house is not missing anything, a fenced garden and a terrace with a view. Walk directly from home. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We'll be back!🤩

my partner and I spent a week at the end of October in Cristina's house with our running bikes. We were greeted by Cristina who was kind, helpful, and very welcoming. We came across check-in time and our needs. In addition, for the entire duration of the stay, it was promptly activated for our emergencies. The house, despite being on a central road, is very reserved and is a real corner of tranquility in Sanremo. Shops and restaurants can be easily reached on foot. In the house there is everything you need and it is very practical and funzinal. Although we stayed at the end of October we were able to enjoy the sun in the large garden

We stayed in Nicolò's beautiful house from August 4 to 18, me, my wife and our 2 children aged 8 and 9. We had a great time. We took great advantage of the opportunity to eat outdoors and the comfortable pool of the residence. We've never had any parking issues The sea can be reached by car in minutes by car.

Our stay at the apartment in the middle of september was just wonderful! Tobias and David are the nicest hosts, very carring but not intrusive at all. Their wine bar is also an absolut recommendation. The flat is very stylish and clean and is perfectly located to either have a nice beach day, have a hike in the mountains or just releax in the apartment and enjoy the view. Best of all worlds! Thanks for having us!

Vero's flat is very creatively furnished with lots of beautiful furniture, a dream balcony, great garden and a super-living kitchen, ideal for large families, highly recommended.

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.

Anthony was very welcoming and very available. He gave us vegetables when we arrived! Perfect for climbing in Oltre Finale. Several sites are within walking distance from the apartment. Convenient parking in front of the house. Neither the noise of the torrent nor the noise of the road bothered us. Apartment equipped with what you need to cook your meals.

Don't get used to the vacation home, but I have to think again this time! Accurate check-in through Co-host available upon arrival and information sent much earlier for garbage and apartment management. Location... Top because less than 5 minutes away you are in the center of Varazze with lots of amenities and two more minutes to the beach. Comfortable apartment even with a four-year-old child, because the outdoor space allows you to leave a stroller, scooter, etc., and during the summer the most lived place in my opinion QUIET AREA but very close center and we were also lucky for parking right in front of the house. The apartment has everything you need for tourist use The dishwasher is missing, but I didn't notice it in the description but not bad because the three dishes wash up quickly:) Even before getting to the center there are already focacceria, bars, restaurants, and pizzeria and for those who know Varazze the supermarkets are just a short walk away.

We recently stayed in the apartment Chill&Hill and it was a fantastic one. The apartment was beautiful, clean and tidy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The pool was lovely and perfect to relax in. Viki was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Making a simple review for Emilio, for his structure, for the attention, for the extreme correctness and availability is really very reductive. It's difficult to summarize in a few words what we've been able to live on a single weekend. Emilio is one of the most available people ever met, his structure is wonderful, clean, cozy and full of comfort, from the barbecue, the sauna and the enchanting hot tub with video projector , Emilio really pampered us with attention that few do. It's been a dream for us. We will never stop thanking him for what he has been able to give us, we recommend it to all of you for sure that you will not be disappointed. Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

If you're reading this review, just go ahead and book! The apartment has an amazing view and a lovely terrace. The facilities inside are perfect, with lots of amenities (even things we don’t have at home-LOL). The beds are very comfortable, and the shower is excellent. The apartment is set in nature, and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The surrounding region is beautiful, with plenty of hiking trails and breathtaking views. It was exactly what we needed for a few days away.
