Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Akçay

The accommodation was as in the photos. We did not encounter any surprises. We got answers to questions quickly. The house was clean. The location should not have an expectation in the village, but ideal for those looking for a walk to the beach and a peaceful vacation. The facility is clean and calm, and I would also like to thank Mert and Furkan.

It has a very large garden where you can have a good time, what we needed in the kitchen, there was a barbecue charcoal and samovar outside, it was pleasant to sit in the garden with the samovar tea in the evening.

20-25 mins away from Mytilini center. Peaceful and calm. Really nice beach. We would definitely come again. Spyros helped a lot about our questions. Thank you so much!

The location of the house was great, very close to everything and the central location where you can reach everything you want at any hour, the host definitely helps with everything and the house was immaculate, it was perfect to spend time in the back courtyard, calm and quiet provided a very nice holiday experience

This is a gorgeous house in one of the mountain villages of Lesbos, where I love to come every year. The owner, Vasilli, is a talented architect who has undertaken important projects in Lesbos and is very enjoyable to talk to him. The location of the house from above the Aegean Sea and surrounding the unique nature of the village, also the successful combination of the traditionality of the stone texture with modern architecture are impressive. If you want to be one of the locals like me instead of experiencing the sadness of being a tourist during your holidays and want to drink your ouzo with the locals in the Greek tavern of the village, accompanied by local Greek food, this village and this comfortable house are just for you. Despina is wonderful host and warm people. She is very friendly and helpful to us. She helped us to find a car to rent which is very difficult in Mitilini. She is a wonderful person and I recommend everyone to go Mitilini stay there. The house is also very nice and cleans. It has a wonderful view and it is easy to access, very close to city center. Before we arrive, the house is cleaned and organized. To finalize, Despina is wonderful person and the house is also very nice.

This is the third time we came with our 3 children to spend our summer holidays in Petrini Krini - because we just love it there. Every morning the sheep run in front of the house to their fields, we take long walks and hikes and every couple of days drive to the beach. The house feels like a family home.

Beautiful home in a cozy and calm area near the sea. It is also easily accessible 10-15minutes from the center. We also had no problems communicating with the host. So we had a very nice vacation.

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

Although George and I don’t speak the same language, we had no trouble communicating with the help of a mobile translator app. In fact, I even picked up a few Greek phrases, which were helpful when interacting with others. Most of our conversations were with Mari, a lovely lady who assisted us every step of the way, from the reservation process to our stay. George, who lives on the first floor, was always responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The house is three stories, with bedrooms on the second and third floors. The sea breeze is fantastic—we never had to use the A/C. Each floor has its own balcony, and starting the day with a view of the sea was a highlight. There’s plenty of space for six people or even more. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the living room is perfect for relaxing, complete with a TV, sound system, and George’s vinyl collection. Overall, George, Mari, and the house made our trip truly wonderful. We’ll definitely plan to visit again!

Staying at Michael's was an absolute delight, location was close to all amenities and Michael and Eva went out of their way to assit all of us.

We loved our stay! The house is more beautiful than in the photos. It was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The three AC units, one for each bedroom and one for the living room, kept us comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated that both double bedrooms had their own private bathrooms. During our 6-day stay, the kind cleaning ladies stopped by once to offer fresh towels, sheets, and general cleaning, which was a thoughtful touch. While there are two other houses on the property, privacy wasn't an issue. All the houses face the sea, not each other, and are nicely screened by vegetation. The small beach in front is exclusively for guests of George's villas, so while you may encounter other guests, there's space for everyone. There are sea urchins near the shore. We also enjoyed using the two canoes available at the beach. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a tranquil, secluded getaway surrounded by nature.

We had a very nice holiday for 6 people +1 baby for 5 nights. As it appears in the photos of the house, all the needs that may be are very thought out, there is air conditioning and a bathroom on each floor/room, the general cleaning of the house is very good, we used the linens and towels with peace of mind, we did not have any problems. The fact that the house has its own beach and the possibility of sun loungers was a great advantage, since we stayed in September, the beach was very calm and pleasant. We even used the bikes in the photos:) Mr. Harun gave detailed information about the house and places to go on the first day, and he was very helpful with everything until the last day, thank you very much to him and his family. Hope to stay again as a family.
