Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place. Beautiful inside and out (pool, patio dining, garden), modern, and immaculate. Everything was high quality from five star bedding to the well equipped kitchen. Hostess Jules was very responsive and friendly…The property sits in a nice neighborhood high above Christchurch, and our favorite part was on the other side (a short drive) - Taylor’s Mistake Beach and the world class walking trail above and past it. I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was really nice.

Such a gorgeous hideaway, perfect for kids, not far away from food. Great hosts! It’s relaxed but also really lovely. We were very grateful for their communication and flexibility with us! 10/10 would recommend!

Lukes house is truly a gem. Absolutely beautiful design throughout with the best views of maybe any house i've stayed in ever (including from the bathtub!). The pool / hot tub / BBQ area set up is perfect for summer hangs, and there were even some kids toys that were absolutely perfect for our 3 year old. 10/10!!

We loved our stay as property was perfect for our small group. The pool and bbq area are great for enjoying time with family and friends. Would highly recommend.

I can't thank Louise enough for our wonderful little homely and private cottage in the autumn trees, showering yellow leaves over the garden. Rose Cottage is just pure magic at this time of the year, especially if you are a keen photographer as l am: While it is close to the airport it isn't in the flight path so there's not that much aircraft noise, and it is close to supermarket, coffee shops, etc. Louise and Matthew are wonderful hosts and I highly recommend their property to anyone visiting Christchurch and wanting something just a slightly bit different :)

Christina's place was lovely and exactly what we were looking for. All photos and descriptions matched what was said in the listing, with everything being perfectly clean before we arrived. There was a great amount of amenities especially in the kitchen which made cooking very simple. Christina also had boardgames in the lounge which was amazing, we spent alot of time playing articulate. Would 100% come back again!

Creighton's place is very spacious and quiet with a big back yard for guest to enjoy; it has everything you need and is located in a nice neighborhood and even though is outside of town it is a very short drive to downtown Christchurch and surrounding areas. We had a great time!

Beautiful home easy to find perfect location for what we had on that weekend. Highly recommend only issue we had was front door bit tricky to open until you got the hang of it but Victoria was awesome in explaining on how to open it as well. Very much highly recommend.

The apartment is really great, plenty of space both in the living room and in the dining kitchen. The kitchen is very well furnished, so you could easily prepare more than just a breakfast. We particularly liked fresh flowers in the living room and on the kitchen table. We did not use the patio facing the street because we were traveling a lot.

Super great place, great hostess who is available and takes care of small problems immediately. Highly recommended

Zhou’s house was lovely and quiet - nestled in the back garden. Very modern and clean, kitted out with everything you need.

Lovely host! Great house, nice & spacious. Lovely shower & bath tub. Kids loved the spa pool. Nice bbq deck area, spent time out here for dinners and morning coffees. NESPRESSO MACHINE ! LOVE!! We took the kayaks out for a spin on the Avon. Was great fun! Highlight of the trip(: Highly recommend

Jing was a great host, super welcoming and easy to reach out to. The place was great with lots of space, clean and very calm, specially for the family. We feel we actually needed more time to explore the area!.

Matt & Bev's place is perfect - spacious , clean and full of amenities including a foosball table! We had great fun for the 2 days we were there in CHC. Highly recommend this place, would love to be back soon!
