I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The full kitchen was a highlight, complete with cooking staples supplied, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. The location couldn't be more perfect! Centrally located and within walking distance to the city, it was convenient for exploring the area and enjoying all the local attractions. This apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Great location and perfect for two people. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops near by. It was nice being able to use the kitchen on the mornings where we didn't feel like going out. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Our biggest challenge was finding a place to park our rental car. Many of the close parking spots had time limits and cost money. Overall, a great place and would stay again next time we come back to Christchurch.

Beautiful, adaptable apartment. Fabulous for families. The hosts were very responsive when we found that the iron was not working ( we needed to quickly prep for a wedding) and they also gave us an ironing board ( which wasn’t initially present). We were very very grateful for their rapid action. The apartment was squeaky clean. In summer, one will need to open the windows on the upper floor to get a cross breeze.

We enjoyed Steve’s Airbnb. Lovely views and beautiful area. We were an easy 15 min drive to City Centre and even closer to Sumner beach and cafes.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Close to everything. Didn't use our car once. Will certainly stay again

I would definitely stay again. lovely space, comfortable bed and really quiet as well. also nice restaurants and Cafe very close by. I arrived at almost 1am and the lock box was easy to find and entry no fuss at all. Min communicated quickly as well. loved the stay.

Spent a lovely 10 days here! Lovely and peaceful location, walking distance to the centre and close to a lovely trek by the river. Janee was a great host, super friendly and helped us with an early check-in. Would definitely recommend staying here😁😁

Our 3 night city stay was excellent! The location is walkable distance to everything, the air bnb was clean and well equipped, the hosts are responsive and the beds are comfortable! We'll definitely be back ☺️

I stayed here for for a little over a month. Nothing was missing, the room was clean and comfortable as shown in the pictures. The bathroom basin is small.

Wonderful super clean and comfortable apartment in a great location, short walk to loads of restaurants, river and botanic gardens. Garage is located around the back of building but you need to enter the apartment first to open the garage. We worked it out but wasn’t clear from the directions. Otherwise everything was great.

Danielle was a responsive and friendly host. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the beautiful surrounds of Sumner and delicious bakery and bar close by!

We came back a second time to Anne-Marie's place. Anne-Marie went above and beyond as a super host. Not only was everything spotless, spacious, and modern - but we had a written welcome, Anne-Marie was willing to save mailings for us, and was helpful in other ways, as well. Highly recommend Ann-Marie's Airbnb.

It was peaceful and private. Our host was lovely and insightful. Was just great for a get away and bird watching. Close to many things and far away from things that is busy. Highly recommend having a stay here. Love everything including the spa. Looking forward to my next visit.

Nice view of Governors Bay

A private and tranquil space, very close to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to with crystal clear waters - Taylor’s Mistake. The window seat with incredible views and the spa pool hidden away in natural surroundings were the absolute highlights. I can’t wait to go back!

Very comfortable place that has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay there and I can recommend it. It is though a bit far from the city center - you’ll definitely need a car.

Michael's property matched all descriptions perfectly. Communication had been great through check in all the way to check out. The property is located high up on Cashmere hills which unfortunately was out of scooter operating zone. You'll definitely need a car or Uber to get to the house. Overall, the property met our expectations and we had a comfortable stay.

Pete and Tricia have made their facilities welcoming and user friendly. Great communication through out the process. We had a lovely stay and the location was perfect for our visit to Christchurch. We won’t hesitate to stay there again.

Well appointed apartment with beautiful views. Had everything you need for cooking etc, a hot tub, air conditioning, and in a great location for central Christchurch. Would highly recommend for a couple.
