This is a perfect place for those who appreciate nature, comfort and silence. The host is incredibly hospitable and always ready to help you have a perfect stay. The apartment will delight you with a huge balcony with magnificent views where you can enjoy your morning coffee, sunset dinners or even sunbathing. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to cook any dishes, whether it's a light breakfast or dinner for the whole family. It has everything you need for an unforgettable stay — come and see for yourself!

Highly recommended place to stay. Other than stairs to go to basement, everything was great. Helpful, friendly and responsive host. The place is walkable to Galata Tower and easy access to Karakoy Tram station after you visit Galata Tower to go to other famous places to explore. The amenities in the premises are complete. Even the helper lady is very kind, she helps us bring our heavy luggage until the building door. You will not regret to stay here 👍🏻

Ms. Leyla is the real host, she greeted us. I've never felt so comfortable and at home in any of my airbnb stays I've ever been to. We didn't even think if the cutlery was clean or if we should wash it once, you feel so at home. The terrace and the view are impeccable, the island is very quiet, the whole Istanbul is at your feet. And even though we went in February, the terrace was cozy, we will 🤍 definitely come back, thank you for everything🤍

First of all, I would like to thank both Mr. Egemen and Mr. Turgut. I think the house was nicer than the photos, clean, tidy and new. As mothers staying with children and teenagers, we went as a relatively crowded team and everything you could think of was available and sufficient. The size of the pool, the heating and the width of the green area in the garden were very good. It was nice that the house was also heated from the floor, but we also lit the fireplace because it was very pleasant :) There was parking for all three vehicles. There are small grocery stores nearby, but we preferred to go to the big chain markets, which are about 7-8 minutes away. We were not concerned at all in terms of privacy or safety, of course, the friendly support of Mr. Turgut was great. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

Ms. Nursel offered very friendly and friendly communication at our check-in and checkout. It offered flexibility in check-in and check-out times, and we were satisfied as the first when we arrived at the villa for the second time. The house was clean and warm, the winter garden is very nice and the opportunity to spend time by the fire in the outdoor area in the garden is absolutely beautiful. I recommend it to everyone😊

Even though there were minor disruptions (such as the pool lights and the lights of a room did not work), it was a nice holiday for us. The house was clean and tidy. The hot pool was very good.
