Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ağva Merkez

We loved the view and the house. We had such a great time at the house. Our parents were visiting us and they had such a nice istanbul experience. It was great for the crowded family. The house had everything you would need. Such as every kitchen supply, hair dryer and cottons in every bathroom. Saeed was so nice and help-full, she was kind and sincere. We had such good time made some great memories.

The employees were very interested, the place was very nice, we had a flat tire on our way to the hotel, the employees were very helpful with compressor assistance ,road assistance, a place where you can really go with your eyes closed, thank you again for their support.

Everything was really great. We were three families of three, and we had a wonderful time. Ms. Ayla was very kind and hospitable, and she was truly responsive at any time of day or night if any issues arose, which is fantastic. The villa's location was excellent, close to Baghdad Street, which is also great.

If you are staying in Istanbul then this is THE place to stay. Sardor was an exceptional host from beginning to end. It is a beautiful property, feels like a grand country mansion … gorgeous pool, fantastic staff, comfy air conditioned rooms. A beautiful roof terrace for relaxing in the evenings - overlooking the Bosphorus. An awesome holiday, and the villa was the best thing about it. Thanks for everything!

There are a lot of kitchen supplies in the house, especially in the kitchen, I would like to inform them for future stays. You can get the detergents for the washing machine and the dishwasher. There were 2-3 of everything in the house!! The sheets and linens were spotless and smelled of soap. The house is huge(!) 8-9 people are very comfortable. It was also very clean for a detached house. The only thing I can say for criticism is that there were animal droppings in the garden, maybe it would be great if they were removed. Thanks for the host's attention too!

We are very satisfied with our stay in the form of 10 adults and 3 infants. The house was spotless. Everything was available for the babies and us to be comfortable. Mr. Kemal was responsive to our every need. We had a smooth and pleasant holiday. We left everything as we found it and left the house in a pleasant and happy way. We'd prefer it again.

Lovely place to stay. Overall, one person is very comfortable and convenient. Dishes, linens, everything was clean, as well as all the necessary amenities for living. The location was also pleasant. The street is lively, there were many cafes, coffee shops, shops and other establishments for every taste. There is a metro and a promenade nearby. The apartment really meets all expectations!

My stay was great! The house was very nice, comfortable and just as it appeared in the photos. However, extra attention is paid to hygiene and cleanliness, which was very important to me, I received the house very clean and sparkling clean. The location was also quite advantageous, I was able to reach everywhere easily. The host was very caring and welcoming. Thank you so much for everything, I definitely want to come back.

I think this might be the best place we've ever stayed. Sibel and Balim were fantastic, check-in was amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped (like, fully) and the bedrooms have storage. The dining table is perfect for doing some work or having a meal and a drink. Great water pressure and bedding. Thanks so much! Would love to stay here again sometime!

Great host. Very responsive. Place is even better than what the photos describe, garden is spacious and cosy. Common area, kitchen and restrooms require a little bit of touch up. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Serpil's home is very comfortable and in a wonderful location that has a nice blend of energy and peace by the sea. She was very responsive and allowed us to check out later to accommodate our flight. She even bought laundry detergent for us because we ran out and offered to call a taxi for us to make it back to the airport. Would stay again!

definitely f/p house. Mr. Firat was very helpful, open-minded, clear, reachable and understanding at any time. The house was like a dream. The house had a large garden with a lushly maintained. The pool was always warm and clean. Although the house was spacious and spacious enough, the temperature of the house was very good. The rooms were spacious and each room had its own bathroom. It could only be more careful about cleaning, of course, it can be normal to have pests, etc. It was a great weekend we could consider staying again. Thank you for everything

Communication with Mr. Serdar was very easy. She was also as flexible as possible during our check-in and checkout times. The location of the house was close to the center. The house was clean and tidy. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. We stayed very comfortably with a small child.

In the places I stay, the most important thing for me is cleanliness and safety. Comfort comes later. The place we stayed was really clean and very nice. It also felt pretty safe. It was exactly the same as the photos. There were all the things we needed in the house. I really thank you so much to the business for having these understanding of cleanliness and comfort. It was also helpful when I had a question, we are very satisfied. As someone who visits the island frequently, this will definitely be my choice for my next stay.

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.

Me and my family had a great short vacation in the apartment hotel. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days there. The pool and the public space is very nice. But the thing that really impressed us was the view from the balcony. It's hard to tear yourself away from the view of the sea and evening Istanbul.

I liked the house , the view , the pool , not very far from island center you can walk or reach it by bus , the kitchen stuff is limited, very peaceful very quiet , the pool is often empty, you feel free I did not feel disturbed or interfered by the hotel owners during my visit , they helped us with the grill stuff and to transfer our bags from their office to the house . And the house was well clean , equipped , I highly recommend it ✅✅✅

The house is nicer than the image in the photos. Ms. Sule and Mr. Derya were helpful and responded quickly to our questions. The kids loved the pool and garden. We had a pleasant holiday as a family. Would recommend
