Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ağva Merkez

As a group of friends living in Istanbul, we had calm and peace for a short time. The house was very clean, with usable space and facilities, I can say that there was nothing more. Honey and Caramel became a good friend and accompanied us. This made us feel at home. The host, Ms. Zeynep, was very caring. We did not even need to ask questions with the information she provided on the day of check-in. In short, we thank him for allowing us to have a very nice and pleasant time with everything. ☺️

We loved the view and the house. We had such a great time at the house. Our parents were visiting us and they had such a nice istanbul experience. It was great for the crowded family. The house had everything you would need. Such as every kitchen supply, hair dryer and cottons in every bathroom. Saeed was so nice and help-full, she was kind and sincere. We had such good time made some great memories.

The employees were very interested, the place was very nice, we had a flat tire on our way to the hotel, the employees were very helpful with compressor assistance ,road assistance, a place where you can really go with your eyes closed, thank you again for their support.

I would like to stay again when I come back to Istanbul. Thank you:)

We had an amazing time at Ali's flat. it is a beautiful space, tastefully and uniquely decorated and including all the needed amenities. Ali went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and was always friendly and responsive. I would totally stay here again.

From the beginning to the end, Mr. Ümit was both caring and helpful, and responded quickly to questions. The house and pool were hot when we went. The house was clean and tidy, everything needed was available in the house. The house is close to locations where you can meet the needs such as cafe, restaurant , grocery store, butcher. A place to stay with pleasure.

We had a great time at the Airbnb. The rooms are cozy and look like in the photo. The location is also super central. The three boys from the reception are all SUPER nice and helpful and were able to answer questions about the city at any time. I really highly recommend Airbnb!

Everything was really great. We were three families of three, and we had a wonderful time. Ms. Ayla was very kind and hospitable, and she was truly responsive at any time of day or night if any issues arose, which is fantastic. The villa's location was excellent, close to Baghdad Street, which is also great.

The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Very pleasant stay in this charming apartment and in a very pleasant neighborhood. The decoration is simple and contemporary, beautiful atmosphere!

The property fully corresponds to the description. Well-maintained. The transport interchange is very convenient,easy to get anywhere. All amenities are available, the kitchen has dishes, a gas stove, a gas boiler for hot water and heating, a toilet, a shower cabin. Everything is in excellent condition.

Very welcoming local homeowner, Filiz was very welcoming to receive us, even if our flight arrived very late, it was already 2am, also waited until we came and warm reception, worth recommending.Perfect location, very close to places of interest and walking distance to Hagia Sophia. Recommended!

Home away from home, great hosts !

This is our most favourite stay in Istanbul so far and we have been here for a while. The place is spacious, including the shower and overall well set out. The bed is super comfortable and the internet fast and reliable. It is on a quiet street with amazing cafes yet steps away from the buzz of lively streets. Can’t beat the location. Only issue was the dim lighting and lack of placemats for the table. The TV could have been bigger and needs better mounting as it looked unstable. Overall great stay!!

The place is fascinating the view is amazing Eyup was replying back so quick i wanted to stay in the place more but unfortunately it was full highly recommended

Great stay. The apartment was exactly what we needed for 3 people, clean, well equipped and had all the amenities we were looking for. The apartment was as described, heating was even turned on for our arrival which was a nice touch! Communication all the way through was fantastic. The only thing I would mention about the location is that it is lively outside. And the pool was a bit cold in the mornings. Apart from that it was perfect, would stay again!

We are very satisfied with our stay in the form of 10 adults and 3 infants. The house was spotless. Everything was available for the babies and us to be comfortable. Mr. Kemal was responsive to our every need. We had a smooth and pleasant holiday. We left everything as we found it and left the house in a pleasant and happy way. We'd prefer it again.

Mr. Uğur and his wife, Ms. Aybike, were extremely interested from the beginning to the end of our reservation and responded to everything we asked in a very short time. The house was extremely spacious and we stayed with 5 people very comfortably. There are 3 rooms and a bathroom and toilet on the upper floor, and on the lower floor there is a kitchen with all the equipment you need, a spacious living room and a toilet. The pool and the entire house were spotless. Thank you for their hospitality, it was a place where we could choose once again with our friends.

Communication with Mr. Serdar was very easy. She was also as flexible as possible during our check-in and checkout times. The location of the house was close to the center. The house was clean and tidy. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. We stayed very comfortably with a small child.

Ms. Zeynep's house is very pleasant, large enough for large groups, very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Thank you for having us. We would definitely like to visit again.

It was a great stay. The place is unique and calming. The host is very helpful and understanding. You have help 24/7 and the nature and the place is unique. We totally recommend.

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.
