Holiday rentals with beach access in Ağva Merkez

We stayed at this place for the second time and it was worth it, the location was perfect and the house is beautiful and very comfortable thank you

During our visit, Mr. Hasan was very interested and welcomed us very warmly. I felt like I was in our own home, it was very comfortable and pleasant. The ☺️ location is amazing, everything is at your fingertips, it is very close to public transportation, grocery stores and restaurants are close and you can take a walk on Bağdat Street or on the beach at any time:) Thank you Mr. Hasan for his warmth and extremely caring, everything was very nice !

I had great time staying at Elif's apartment, and they were super accommodating with checking in and out. The apartment was clean and cozy, and the view from the bedroom over the Bosphorus is absolutely stunning. There's a Carrefour just around the corner, and the neighbourhood offers a lot of options to eat out.

I had a good time staying at this Airbnb in Istanbul! The location is within walking distance to so many must-see tourist spots, making it convenient to explore the city. The flat itself was comfortable and everything worked perfectly during my stay. The washing clothes service was an added bonus and really came in handy. What really stood out was the owner’s hospitality. They were incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I needed anything, making the whole experience stress-free.

Strongly recommended. The place was like what’s said in the description. It’s right next to Gazhane, the living room overlooks the area with a nice view. Hosts were responsive and helpful, we shared some minor constructive feedback to make the experience even better and the host team promptly addressed them. I believe the entire building has opened in June and is dedicated to hospitality. We will happily consider staying there for our future visits.

The owner was very friendly, he helped a lot , always answer and nice person , The apartment is located on a mountain and is surrounded by high stairs, so the elderly and people with special needs should be careful of that. Was a great experience

Greatest AirBnB experience in Istanbul! I can say Wahid’s place is a fantastic. Also Wahid himself welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness, always there to help with anything we needed. The flat is lovely – cozy, clean, and full of charm, with a nod to his carpet rug store. Wahid’s good heart makes the stay feel special and memorable. Teşekkür ederim, Wahid, for everything!

We had a full winter evening at Ms. Müge's house on February 11-13. It was very enjoyable. Thanks to him, he was available at any time, and it was never difficult to find in terms of location. We are sure that it is close to the sea also provides a different beauty, which will be even more enjoyable in spring and summer. Everything was considered in the house, everything we might need was available. We had no trouble because the grocery store was also close. We thank you very much for your attention and hospitality. It's so good to see people like that!

The house is very nice and there is a raft in the bathroom, the accommodation was very quiet, there is a very wonderful garden and the house is all available and clean

This apartment is a treasure that Gokce y Derya have furnished and accessorized with elegant simplicity and keen attention to the comfort and care of their guests. The bed is comfortable, the linens and towels are of excellent quality, the kitchen has an abundant array of dishes, utensils, and cookware, and the bathroom has fine hand soap and shower gels. There is even filtered water for drinking and cooking and a cut glass carafe of water by the bed. The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood above the town. It is an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the bus station which is the hub for public transport. Gokce y Derya are responsive, but non-intrusive, hosts who care about the comfort and care of their guests. I was encouraged to relax and feel at home during my stay. I had a lovely time in their home.

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Such a wonderful place! It was our second time staying here and it's our favorite on the islands. So clean and also close to the water and all the shops without having to go up too much of a hill. 😊

The house was clean and everything was there. All kitchen utensils and electrical appliances were available. The area is quiet and very close to the sea and close to all the markets. Mr. Rashid was responsive to all my questions. I thank him very much. I advise everyone to try staying there.
