Great apartment with great facilities. Great view and in a great location. Would highly recommend. A home away from home. Boris is a great host even called us when we arrived.

We loved our stay at this family friendly & clean place. Walking distance to beaches and nice restaurants, it gave us everything we needed including a crib for our one year old. The owners were extremely lovely and accomodating - available anytime needed. We’d recommend this place and definitely return! Leaving feeling very relaxed.

Host was communicative and helpful. Incredibly clean. The host was so accommodating. Tons and tons of helpful tips- the fridge had 1 of every drink you could imagine. Very kind.

This is a great apartment, centrally located and really useful amenities such as the washing machine. The roof terrace is a great sun trap with views to the sea. It's shared with the other holiday apartment but this posed no problem for us and we found it available to use when we wanted. Nikos's parents brought us home made pastries on two mornings. We'd recommend eating out at Scala and Scirocco, but loads of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The two local beaches were close by. A great apartment and we'd strongly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Everything was like in the description and in the pictures. The location is very calm and you can reach everything by foot. Both of the owners were very kind and attentive and always asked if they could help with anything. You have everything you need to cook properly as the kitchen is fully equipped. Overall we felt like home and would only recommend to stay there if you want to visit the region.

Great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet spot for your vacation! We stayed in Costas´s place for 2 weeks and we loved our stay. Costas is a very friendly and responsive host, we loved how clean the place was. We are very particular about cleanliness and liked that everything was freshly washed and spotless. The apartment is also fully equipped for longer stays. The supermarket, cafés and bakery are a few minutes walk away, the village has nice tavernas with friendly staff and the beach has a public sector, is not crowded and about 10-15min walk. The apartment has a large balcony, house is quiet and matches the photos. We will come back to this place if we return to Crete. I can only recommend it! Also, the place and its surroundings are safe for female travellers and solo female travellers. It is well connected by bus and easily accessible via public transport for people who don't have a car.

We had a great time at Andréas's place! We felt like we were at home, the accommodation is great, the view is breathtaking... We recommend 1000%! ☺️ We loved talking with Andreas who is adorable! Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back!

We loved our stay here! We came with 3 kids under 5 and it was perfect for us. It's BIG. The kids loved it. Great view of the sunrise from the balcony. Less that 10 minutes walk to the beach. Great coffee and koulouri nearby. Giannis was extremely responsive, welcoming, and helpful. The fridge was full of stuff for us! It's worth noting that the bedrooms are quite bright (no heavy curtains or shutters) so my kids woke up a bit earlier than I like! But we liked it here so much that we stayed several extra nights. Highly recommend.

Mixalis is a lovely person, please answer any questions you may have or explanation you need. The studio is very correct, has all the necessary equipment. The outdoor common area is magnificent! It has a jacuzzi, chill out area, board games, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.. and is very well decorated. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Malia!!

A guiet and clean top floor apartment with one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a roof terrace with a sea view. Perfect place for a couple or when travelling alone. Short walk to the beach and about 5-10 minutes to the center, whole city is walkable. Sun on the terrace from morning until 2-3pm. Yannis was very helpful and kept me well informed. Would warmly recommend.

Great Apartment close to shops, beach and eateries nearby. Everything was clean with the necessary supplies. The days passed peacefully. Highly recommended for anybody visiting the area.

We rented this wonderful apartment for a full month as we are digital nomads. It made for a lovely home base as we explored the eastern part of Crete by rental car (Potomus, Sitia, Lasithi Plateau, Ag Nik, Matala Beach, quaint mountain villages all within an easy drive). There is parking at the condo available. Definitely book your rental ahead of time because there is a shortage (we recommend Artemis). The apartment had a comfortable bed, decent sized living area and a terrace with a sea view where we often ate our dinner. The kitchen was well equipped and we used the table for extra counter space as needed. There is no road noise so we had quiet evenings to enjoy the peaceful surrounding but we were only a 10 minute walk from town and a fabulous produce market (Fresh) and 15 minutes to a friendly butcher. We live in airbnb's full time and what really set it apart was our host Tanya. She lives in the condo below and is happy to give you privacy or to spend time together. She provided weekly cleaning and bedsheet changes and helped us refill our water bottles. We always enjoy meeting new people and we had a lovely time getting to know Tanya. She is probably one of the most generous hosts we have had, she lent me clothes when I needed a pair of jeans for some horseback riding, we went out shopping together, she helped arrange a driver for us, and we spent some lovely evenings going out to her favorite tavernas. There's a nice hiking trail to the monastery behind the condo and we enjoyed our quiet time on the east side of the beach early in the morning, we also enjoyed Potomus beach about a 7 minute drive and loved the taverna there. All in all a great experience

Marianthi’s place was amazing! I think probably one of best places in Agios Nikolaos. The place was cozy and as soon as we got there we felt right at home. Her place was super clean, exactly like the pictures and more. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the main part of town. The views from the deck are breathtaking, something I’ll never forget. Loved the cookies and bottled water when we arrived. Highly recommend staying at Marianthi’s place. And I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

Amazing hospitality of the hosts, thoughtful stylish apartment design. You can see that the hosts did everything with great love, which is passed on to guests from the first minutes of acquaintance! We need to start with the fact that when we chose a place to stay in Hersonissos, we chose between these apartments and others. And only thanks to the many answers to all the questions and the exceptional conviction of Andreas, to come and see everything and make sure that it will be a great place to stay, we accepted his invitation! We didn't regret it at all! The apartment is very cozy, a beautiful view of the sea, due to the fact that they are in the mountain. There are a lot of shops and very cool restaurants and tavernas nearby. We had a car so getting to the sea was not a problem for us. It's a bit far on foot, especially to go back on foot. The property has a lovely swimming pool where our daughter bathed after the sea. When the children of the apartment hosts arrived, there was real fun in the pool! Thank you very much Andreas and Stelios for such a warm welcome! We will be very happy to come back to you next year!

This was the second year running that we stayed at this apartment(4 weeks this time), and it was just as good as last year. We booked 10 months in advance and was in contact with Michalis 3 or 4 times during the year. Just before we arrived we requested that some provisions were available as we had a very late flight and Michalis provided water, milk, fruit and even some raki with honey! (nice welcome). As usual the apartment was well stocked with kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels; plus a new digital washing machine (quick wash 15 mins! ) The pool is a big bonus if you don't fancy the 20-25 min walk down to Hersonissos. Lots of bars and restaurants in the nearby villages of Piskopiano and Koutoufoulari. Car hire is also available. Already thinking of returning next year.

Irene and Yorgos are great people! The accommodation was as expected and described, the property is maintained, the pool a real plus and the beach 5m walk with restaurants etc. Owners are welcoming people who are always concerned about the well-being of tenants, they are hosts really the way we dream! The room was nice and big, view from the balcony was really beautiful, pool was great and the location was the best. You can find everything you need in Istro - shops, tavernas, beautiful beaches. We loved it and we can certainly recommend!

Marina is just an amazing host. Always willing to help with a beautiful smile. We had the best of view the sea a private pool that is super clean. Everything is cleaned on a daily basis. Our flight was on the evening of the checkout day and offered us to stay the whole day in the property without paying anything since she had no reservation the next day. I would HIGHLY recommend the place. Note that the place looks much BETTER than what is actually in the picture :) I had a great time
