Holiday rentals with a balcony in 10th arrondissement

We had an amazing vacation, in part, due to the apartment. Its location to the metro, some good eateries and bakeries, and a couple minimarts made for an easy stay in the 11th arrondissement. Sophie also gave us a list of recommendations for places in the neighborhood as well as a great taxi app, which we used around town and to arrange for airport pick up. Sophie's eclectic space is filled with interesting books and artwork, hanging plants, ample dishware and silverware. The living room was a little cramped for all of us at once, so we mainly hung out in the dining room. And other than the tourist brochure rack on the wall, you'd think you got to stay in your friend's cool apartment while they were away. If we were coming back as a group, I'd definitely check to see if Magnifique Cinq Chambres was available. Merci beaucoup, Sophie!

Nice and functional apartment. Perfect for families. 4 min walk to the metro (RER) station. Close to supermarket and bakery. Our host helped us with all our requests.

The apartment was lovely, my daughter adored the “floating bed”. We’ve been to Paris several times (last time in Monmartre) and I was a bit skeptical about the noise level being directly across from the Louvre. However, it was as quiet as could be and to have so many cafes, restaurants, shops, etc within a few steps - absolutely wonderful! And to see the Eiffel Tower sparkling at night by walking a few steps from the apartment will be a lifetime memory!

We love the location! And the apartment is very nice and comfortable. Despite being away it is super easy and fast the arrival to the center of paris. I recommend 100%, the area is very quiet and beautiful

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The views of Boulevard Saint Germain were absolutely breathtaking, and it was such a treat to relax on the terrace and take it all in. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Membrz's communication was exceptional—they were incredibly responsive and even allowed for an early bag drop and check-in, which was a huge help. I couldn't recommend this place more highly! A perfect spot for anyone visiting Paris.

Stayed here for a short business trip. Very close to Le Defense and train station that connects to the center pretty quickly. Place was clean and tidy and has everything you need for a short or mid stay. Area seemed safe and there's a nice bakery in the same building. Would recommend.
