We are a family of three (parents and a teen) and found our stay to be perfect - plenty of space, beautiful remodel, fast communication with the host when we had questions, comfortable beds, great location in a safe and walkable area. Could not ask for more. We would absolutely stay here again! I wish I lived here, actually :)

Delighted with our stay, Sara was very responsive and even gave us recommendations. The accommodation has everything you need to be several days, both kitchen and laundry. Access may not seem very easy at the beginning especially if you have a lot of suitcases as the elevator is small, but after that getting in and out is easy with the keys. If we are aware of all the instructions given by Sara everything will be given normally. The location is close to meters which facilitates mobilization, perhaps at night it may seem a little moved, but during our time there we do not feel in danger. Within everything , for the price it is a very good place to stay

We really liked the place, (especially the decor) and it's in a perfect location! There is an elevator where 3 people can stay, very welcome. You can hear the noise from the subway, but it wasn't a problem for us. The couch was also comfortable. Only sore note: the balcony is much smaller than the photos (there is barely space for two). When we return to Paris we would love to stay here again.

We stayed in this apartment in 4 (family with two boys) and the vacation was really pleasant. The home perfectly reflected the photos: well furnished, cozy and equipped with all the comforts. Each room was tastefully cared for, from relaxing colors to decorations that made the atmosphere warm and familiar. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and the kitchen complete with everything you could need. Also great location, with a supermarket right below the house, very well-stocked and convenient. The only downside was the cleanliness when we arrived: we found garbage in the bins, dirty in the freezer and a little around the house. A detail that has outdated with the overall quality of the apartment (I understand that there may be some oversight, especially in quick changes). Careful attention to cleanliness would have been perfect. We still recommend this house to those looking for a beautiful and functional place, but we hope for more care in preparing before guests enter

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The views of Boulevard Saint Germain were absolutely breathtaking, and it was such a treat to relax on the terrace and take it all in. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Membrz's communication was exceptional—they were incredibly responsive and even allowed for an early bag drop and check-in, which was a huge help. I couldn't recommend this place more highly! A perfect spot for anyone visiting Paris.

We stayed in the apartment for a week with my family and, to be quite frank, we only have positive things to say. There were three of us and despite the apartment being a studio it didn’t lack space for us all. I also noted that it was really functional, had everything needed for a pleasant stay. It was exceptionally clean and quiet, and the apartment building felt safe with many locks and codes, on top of it being in a well lit and generally quiet area. We travelled to Paris centre almost every day and the trip did not cause any trouble since the transportation is located not far, so it was an easy commute! Check in and check out once again was very easy as very thorough instructions were left. To sum up, we enjoyed our stay to the fullest and faced no problems whatsoever! Definitely recommend staying here!

My family had a great long weekend in this lovely apartment, very well located, close to the train station and all the shops. We wish we could have used the sofa bed, as the double bed may be a little fair for two adults. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was not ready to be used (which is quite understandable since we hadn't requested it). That said, it might be a good idea to prepare it in advance, in case guests want to spontaneously enjoy it.

Listing as described and pleasant. The underground parking space is a plus and is not negligible in the choice of accommodation. Easy to access; clear and efficient check-in and check-out instructions. Nearby accommodation metro line 13 going directly to the center of Paris. The plus of the accommodation is the unobstructed view that allows you to admire the illuminated Eiffel Tower at night. We'll be back without hesitating.

The house is very very comfortable for a multi-day stay, it has all the necessary appliances. Everything was very clean and with easy access. There are bakeries nearby that open at 6am that makes it easier to put breakfast together. I would come back.

PERFECTION! This gorgeous Paris apartment in the 5th district made our week-long stay feel special and authentic. The apartment is bright, cheery, spacious, modern and VERY comfortable. There are a ton of neighborhood restaurants nearby, making you feel like a local. Everything inside is brand new and high end. We slept extremely well - both beds were luxurious and comfortable, and the neighborhood is very quiet at night. The water pressure in the shower was my favorite feature! A true gift to have a strong shower in Paris, in a spotless bathroom. Having laundry in the kitchen was a game changer. We packed less, and therefore bought more as we had all that extra room in the suitcase. My daughter is now hooked on Nespresso in the morning, too. The space is very thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated, and we absolutely hated to leave! We will be back, and I hope this unit will be available for us again. I suspect once word gets out, it will book up fast!

If you're looking to be perfectly situated to wander the 11th arrondissement (or the 10th, or the 20th, etc), then this location is incredible, as a5 to 15 minute walk in any direction from the front door takes you to some of the most compelling (but somewhat less touristy!) neighborhoods on the Right Bank. And the Metro is is only a couple blocks away if you want to get anywhere else in the city. The apartment itself is enormous for a 2-bedroom--it's something like 2000 sq feet. The living room, tv room, and outdoor spaces are particularly generous spaces and all stylish and unusually comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and has far better utility than most rentals. Steven sets up the house with an abundance of snacks, fresh coffee beans (and a great coffee maker), etc. He's a great host. A quirk: there's only a bath in the master suite, and the only shower is in the second bedroom, so it may require some thoughtful scheduling to get in that shower. All in all, an amazing apartment!

Stay was just as advertised! Architecture is just lovely. It was nice to have access to a washer/dryer after traveling for a few days. Of note, the spiral stairs are intense - approximately 80+ steps to the unit with no lift. If you have large or heavy luggage, I would not recommend. If you are pregnant, disabled, or have limited mobility, you’ll quickly be winded. Not uncommon for European stays, but just something to keep in mind.

Amazing stay! The location is excellent, very close to the Metro 11 line with easy access to everywhere in the city. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, and it felt very safe. Very clean house with comfortable beds, and quite spacious. Highly recommended.

Good location. Place was fairly easy to find and locate. Place has good security too. Place was fairly clean aside from the stained sofa bed but you can put the bedsheets over it so its fine. I truly enjoyed my stay in this beautifully decorated apartment. Everything was excellent—the view, the location, and the spaciousness. The apartment was impeccably clean, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome note from the owner. My only suggestion would be regarding the check-in time, as 15:00 feels a bit late. Additionally, a slightly firmer mattress could enhance the comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’m grateful for it.
