This apartment was a haven in the Marais area. It is newly renovated and well appointed. It was the perfect size for the three of us, and while the living area is a little small, it was very comfortable and the view from the 4th floor over the buildings of Paris was amazing. We did have some problems with the heating system not being adjustable, however this was not a huge issue. The broader building hosts a range of serviced apartments, with amenities including a luggage room, toilets etc which you can use if you are early for checkin, which we took advantage of.

Great stay for our family of 4 with beautiful views. Place was as described on line. Very clean on arrival. Kitchen was perfect for our stay. Easy luggage drop off when we arrived in Paris. Crew working was helpful. Would highly recommend.

Other than a clunkycheck-in, this place is really terrific. The staff went out of their way to make up for the inconvenience. Close to everything, without being in a heavy tourist area. Grocery store across the street, and the proximity of the metro made for a lot of conveniences. Beautifully appointed and maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay! Felt like we were really experiencing the charm of authentic Paris - the apartment was through two inner courtyards, and up five flights of wooden stairs. Light and luminous when we got there, with a nice airy view, and wooden floorboards. The place felt bigger than it appears in the photos. Also, the owner had left many interesting books, and the kitchen was well equipped, so it Really had the feeling of staying in someones (much loved and interesting) home. Definitely could have and would have liked to stay longer, and will be recommending it to friends. Thank you also for meeting us when we arrived, q late in the evening, with a smile and the key. It is about a 10 to 15 min walk from Gare du Nord. Other bus stops and metro are closer. Hope we can come again! Many thanks, Nickie

Stephane is very nice, attentive and polite. I was very well received. He explained how everything worked and gave me several tips for sightseeing. I really recommend the place because of its cleanliness, easy access to public transport, supermarket, bakery very close by, safe and quiet place. Highly recommended.

Lovely and spacious place at an amazing and lively location full of bars and restaurants. The place itself is very quiet because it’s inside a yard and it’s well protected from the noisy streets. Agnes was very welcoming and helpful. We did a late check in and were able to leave our suitcases longer after the checkout which really improved our last day of the stay. Un grand merci
