The apartment is a serviced apartment with a front desk staff and luggage storage. Very modern and clean in an incredible location - had a great stay and would stay again!

Vassil and Stephanie’s home is beautiful. As soon as we walked into the living room and looked down over the port, we were so happy. It really does feel like home. We liked to sit on the balcony, drink coffee and watch the oranges come loose from the tree. Their furniture is stunning and it is beautifully decorated. We are a youngish family and enjoyed walking up and down the hill and it only takes about 20 mins to walk into the flower market. The kitchen is well equipped and it was nice to have things like olive oil already available for our baguettes. The shower is hot and strong = perfect. Truly cannot find one fault. A great week spent with the family at their place. Everything was faithful to the description and reviews of other guests. The apartment is super well decorated and well equipped and Elise gives you all the information you need to make the stay go smoothly. We are really not far from the departure of the gondola which makes it possible to limit the use of the car during the week and that's great! Truly a beautiful place to keep. The listing is really suitable PMR. Laetitia offers to raise the bed, to put a gallows if necessary. We did not have the opportunity to meet Laetitia, but the warm welcome also feels on the phone and in the messages exchanged.

In the cottage, everything was new and very tastefully furnished. All the necessary things were there. As described in the listing, the house is very rural and you need a car to explore the area or get into town. For us, the location was just right to get to the sights in close proximity. We only stayed in the house for three nights, but would also stay there longer and come back again if we come back to the region. Very nice spacious house really well equipped. Everything is there, even outdoor games for children! The large garden is very nice and perfectly enclosed, perfect for the kids. The courtyard allows cars to be parked. The beach is nearby. Everything is great! Our host is responsive, welcoming, and warm. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Very nice apartment with beautiful views. Be careful, it absolutely takes the car to enjoy it. Very well located for visiting Nice, Monaco and the surrounding area. Our arrival was complicated because the parking space reserved for us was already occupied by a neighbor and there are not really other spaces nearby. Accommodation as described, very clean studio and Annelise is a very nice lady who had prepared a cake for us when we arrived. I recommend it.

The apartment is practical and completely adequate. Unfortunately, only the wifi never worked, so it's not possible to work from there. Otherwise everything was great, the view and location is perfect!
