Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Zografou

This was our first trip to Athens and thanks to Panayiotis we are for sure coming back! The villa is beautiful and perfectly clean, Panayiotis was happy to help with whatever we needed and made several wonderful suggestions. If you are looking to not just see Athens but to also have accommodations in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood with any amenities you may need, this is the place for you. Particularly thoughtful was when (before we came) I asked Panayiotis if he had a kettle to make tea with, although he didn't he bought one-just because I asked-how thoughtful is that! That was how the entire stay went-everything was easy and we felt more like guests in his lovely villa! Thank you Panayiotis!!

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. Very beautiful inside the hot tub very easy to use. It provided everything he writes just like in the photos, very easy to use kitchen with all necessary equipment. Very welcoming host and the place was super clean and we'll go for it again!!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay , we only wished the weather was better so we could’ve enjoyed the wonderful pool!

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Calm Site, spacious house, amazing view, close to the airport, was worth it.

Kostas was very polite and helpful to anything we asked, he even accommodated our weird checkin. The house is amazing, very big, with lots of spacious rooms and sparkling clean. We booked Kosta’s place for the needs of our editorial photoshoot for ANGE NU Le Magazine. The place is marvelously well decorated and styled with high-class expensive materials and taste. The marvel floors, staircases and fireplaces were out of a dream. I really loved the details and classic design is some of the bathrooms, too. Not many places like this available in the Athens surroundings area! I‘m definitelly going there again, for shooting and for personal pleasure and relaxation even! Luxury, classy, classic with some modern and boho touches and very thoughtfully designed. The place is private and safe, close to the sea and not too remote from the city. Expensive high-class neighborhood, very quiet in the night. By car, a 10-15 drive brings you close to most things (during the day). Highly recommended!

Stavroula is an elegant and responsible lady. The house is big, clean and well prepared. She prepare a lot of snacks and drinks for us so we don’t need to rush to the supermarket on the day we arrived. The house is what you see in the photos. Big, comfortable and have a big swimming pool. During our stay, Stavroula arrange pool cleaning and garden maintenance too. She just make our stay more comfortable and perfect. You may think that the house may be a little bit far from the center, however, it’s very convenience for us. We are a family of six and we have rent a van which can park inside the garage. There are also buses and trains you can take nearby. I really love this beautiful house and I am sure I will come again soon.

Zisis and George were very polite and responsive. A house is clean, all furniture is comfortable. There are 3 bathroom, big living room. Amazing view for the sea and the mountains! I recommend!

We had a great stay at Bill & Johns villa. The house itself is beautiful, with all the amenities one could want. The sunset from the top floor was stunning. Good coffee shops are a nearby walk (I recommend the pastries!) and restaurants and bars are a cheap taxi away. Thank you for sharing your fabulous space.
