Our 4 day stay was beautiful! If you want to experience a remote village in a beautifully preserved home with a rustic atmosphere, this is the place for you. Alexandra and her parents are the nicest people that will tell you about everything there is to see around, they will bring you to buy local produce and will also make great conversation partners if you want to exchange life experiences. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet retreat or wanting to discover the nature of the region and the life of a small remote town.

We can not recommend this amazing house and the host - Speranta - enough. A house we fell in love with, located in a very special scenery, surrounded by nature and giving us the opportunity to feel immersed in a picturesque traditional, tastefully restored house. The details are beautifully crafted - wood hand created furniture, a fireplace, and all the necessary equipments one might need for a long or short stay. Speranta also provided us with a real local experience: authentic bread baked by the locals, cheese and other goodies. If you are looking for a peaceful, comfortable and connected to nature place, than look no more as Casa Speranta is the best getaway location you can find. The area is also very nice for exploring: waterfall, easy mountain routes and some historical landmarks like the local old church (part of UNESCO), the crypt etc. We are looking forward to going back soon!
