Holiday rentals with a patio in Zakinthos

This airbnb was perfect for me and my boyfriend! We fell in love with the views and the kitty’s that walk around and come say hi. If I ever return to Zakynthos I will book this Airbnb again

We had a wonderful time and felt completely relaxed at Nikos' home. The house is luxuriously furnished and impeccably clean, making it a place I would highly recommend to anyone. Nikos was not just a host, but also became our new friend in Zakynthos.

Fantasitc spot, Nikos is the MAN. Gave us recommendations to restaurants, beaches etc. Anything we needed, we went straight to him and responded right away. He got us a BBQ grill in a matter of hours. Excited that we got to spend our time there. Cant wait to do it again!

Very nice apartment. Well located to shine on the island. A few good restaurants to do on foot. Giannis helped us with the references for a vehicle rental, very much appreciated. Towel change and garbage collection done regularly. Only small downside, several chickens/roosters very close, they start singing a little too early 😆 But with earplugs, you can't hear them anymore. If not, our stay was perfect 😁

This was our first visit to an Airbnb and we will certainly do it again. The appartment is modern, clean and comfortable with a well equiped kitchen. It is located just off the main port road with great restaurants spread along it, so a meal and a glass of wine or two without the need to drive back afterwards. If you want to see the island and visit the best beaches, hiring a car is a must. We were welcomed at the appartment, with a complementary bottle of wine, bottled water, tea and coffee. The bed was comfortable and electric blinds are fitted to the french doors to ensure a good night's sleep. Also, Netflix is available so plenty of good movies to watch. During our stay, we were contacted to check whether we needed anything and our host was always responsive to messages. He also provided a mid-stay cleaning service with towel and bedding change plus a flexible check out to fit in with our flight home. Overall we would highly recommend this appartment.

Very, very nice apartment ( looks even better than in the pictures) in the heart of the city, great restaurants; we enjoyed the city and the island, the recommendation from the Nikos were very helpfull! Thank you! Recommend 100%!!!

Thanos was a great host, very responsive and helpful, the view from the air bnb courtyard was a treat to wake up to every morning and the space was peaceful, safe and somewhere we felt right at home straight away!

Highly recommend this place, it is exactly like the photos, very stylish and comfortable. A nice walk to the old town with loads of amazing recommendations from the hosts - everywhere we went was incredible. The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any queries. We will definitely be back ☺️

Villa Seva was everything we look for in a villa for two. The location is stunning, perched on a hillside, with no overlooking buildings and a stunning pool. Beautiful sea view and total privacy. Nansy lives in the house behind with her family, and was always only a text away if we needed her. But left us to ourselves during our stay. The villa looks great in the photos - but in reality its even better. It's one of the most stunning little villas we've ever stayed in and we'll be booking it again next year, we hope. Nansy's family also owns a local restaurant Madrakia where we ate the first night - and another two nights - as it was just perfect. There are also some other fantastic restaurants Nansy recommended. We loved The Old Windmill. There's a number of nearby beaches, all of them beautiful. Kremidi beach, about a 5 minute drive was particularly beautiful. Not much to do in Agios Nikolaos, it's a very small place. But that wasn't a problem for us. We loved our stay at the villa.

This little villa in the olive grove is perfect for a relaxing and decompressing holiday. The place is immaculate, with a lot of attention to detail, it's welcoming and homely. Will definitely go back!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, highly recommend and would definitely stay again. good space to relax inside and pool side. great kitchen with all amenities. all rooms have ensuite. beds are very comfortable, with air conditioning in all rooms. exceptionally clean and homely feel. nice and quiet area with privacy. great poolside view of the sunset and sunrise. Stratos (host) was very quick to respond and to help with anything we needed. Thank you. We spent a number of evenings just relaxing by the pool and enjoying the BBQ. Shops, restaurants and bars are a short taxi or drive away. Would advice hiring a car as public transport doesn't really exist on the island. The local beach is beautiful with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and places to book day trips. 100% recommend!!

An amazing holiday, with friendly and very helpful hosts in Sybille and Eckhard. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped, the pool is stunning and the views to die for. Lots of seating around the property to maximise the shade and fans or air con in the bedrooms at night. We spent time in Agios Nikolais at the beach and in the friendly cafe perched over the water. Favourite restaurant among many only 10 minutes drive away was The Old Windmill. Definitely the best holiday we have had for a long time.

Adriana has a fantastic Villa. Modern and well looked after. Comes fully equipped with everything you'd need if self catering. Adriana kindly filled the fridge with goodies for us too. Downstairs, there is a Large living room, table and kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom and two big patio areas back and front and a hot tub upstairs two big bedrooms, bathroom and balcony. great for watching the sun set. Located just outside Tsivili, a 10/15 min gentle downhill walk to the main street of bars and restraunts or beach. We had a great holiday and would recommend this as a great base to explore the island

Don't look any further - this place is wonderful! Peaceful, a beautiful view, a few minutes away by car from lovely village with tavernas and shops but also beautiful beaches, and a supermarket less than 1 minute away. Comfortable beds, everything you need and a fantastic porch with incredible views over the Mediterranean sea, adorable cats around. Antonios was so kind, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again and could not recommend it more!

Apartment II is newly refurbished with obvious love to details and attention - it looks exactly like the pictures. It is located in an authentic area not far from the main road and therefore convenient to many surrounding destinations. Also the shared garden/patio and pool are welcoming (many amenities to entertain children) and accurately designed. Alex is a sweetheart: always available, proactive and receptive.happy to help always and to share his Island’s tips. His kindness helped me cope with my light sleep and the two lovely - although barking - dogs patrolling the residences from their kennel. Zakynthos is worth visiting and Alex is great at making anyone feel “an insider” to this Ionian gem.

Located away from the city center, but in great proximity, this rental is ideal for enjoying Zakinthos. the apartment was very clean and well-equipped. Nothing to say, address to remember that we recommend for 2 or 3 people.

Recently renovated apartment, very nice, located on the second floor of a 3-story building. Although sometimes noisy because of the street below, there is a spacious balcony for coffee in the morning. Alexandra and Fotis are very friendly and available to give suggestions on the most interesting places on the island. The private and indoor parking space is very useful. Great location, close to the port, bus station and main street of Zakynthos.

Place looks immaculate. It’s so close to everything. Plenty of public free parking spots. I had a great experience.

Despina was very helpful and communicative, meeting us on the street to show us the place and do a walk-through. Despina checked in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The place was well equipped and a beautiful view. Can recommend!

The apartment is beautiful and spotless. It was absolutely perfect for a couple to come home to after a long day. we loved having 2 terraces to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. Also very convenient having a washing machine after a 3 week journey too! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
