I stayed at Keith’s place for a few weeks after a nightmare Airbnb situation at a nearby flat with another host. To my luck, Keith had availability for the nights I needed accommodation, and I don’t have enough good things to say about my entire experience there. Keith was super communicative, was quick to respond to my questions, checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and was overall just a lovely person to speak to. The place looks exactly like the photos, but more spacious in person. The location was very walkable to the train station, city centre, and nearby Sainsbury’s. It was a great place to people watch during the day, but became very quiet, yet still safe, in the evening. I’m already looking into booking my next stay here, and would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Leeds!

We had a great stay in this lovely house, which was clean and well-equipped. Beds were comfy with quality bedding, and the bathroom is fab. We loved sitting at the bottom of the garden watching the river and listening to the birds. Henrietta was a friendly and helpful host. It’s a perfect location for exploring the lower Dales.

We had a wonderful stay over the Easter bank holiday weekend. The house was spacious for 5 adults and 2 dogs. The cottage was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Dog walks straight from the cottage, which was perfect for us. We walked into Ripon one day and to the local pub another. Shanie was a great host, always responsive and friendly. Thanks for a fantastic stay, would highly recommend!

Gorgeous house and riverside location. Well equipped kitchen and a really comfortable homely feel as soon as we walked in. Easy picturesque riverside walk all the way into York centre. Wish we had time to stay longer. Host was very helpful and responsive. Can’t fault anything at all. Perfect.

This is a great property in a perfect place to explore Knaresborough, Harrogate and beyond. John was easily contactable and gave very clear instructions on how to locate and access the property. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival, with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. To note, the third bedroom is very small (one single bed) with no room to fit a travel cot in. We had a wonderful stay and would return!

This is a wonderful rental property. It is perfectly situated on the river but only a very short walk from the centre of York. The property is beautiful inside- spacious bedrooms with lovely antique furniture in all the rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with absolutely everything you could think of. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and kindly left us chocolates , wine and fresh flowers!! This is a wonderful property!

The hosts were incredible the whole time. Angela and Deb were helpful, responsive, and kind. Not only was the place spotless and modern, the view from the bedroom windows was absolutely stunning. We were a 2 minute-walk away from cafes and restaurants. I have been to Knaresborough many times, and this was the best. If I HAD TO really think of flaws, the only tiny issue was that the body wash was nearly empty, but they had soap on the side for us to use, so it really wasn't a problem whatsoever. This is how much I need to nit-pick to find an issue. 10/10 stay. Absolutely would come again.

A spacious, sumptuous apartment, finished to a high standard with all mod-cons, and the added bonus of outside space. The sizeable balcony is a great place to enjoy a morning cuppa or a sun-downer whilst enjoying the peace, and listening to the river across from the apartment. An ideal base for exploring Yorkshire. One point to note, take your own shampoo. Although this is listed as an amenity there wasn’t any provided, and we had to pop to a nearby shop to buy some. During a brief chat with the owner he confirmed this is something they don’t provide. For the price point, it would have been nice to have this provided. All-in-all, a great stay and would recommend.

We had a great stay here! The apartment was immaculate and the location was lovely along the docks. Syed was a fantastic host - extremely approachable and helpful with great recommendations for the local area and readily available to address any queries / issues. Looking forward to staying here again if we return to explore more of Yorkshire!

We had an amazing time. The accommodation had literally everything you need or could want! Superb quality. Super comfy beds and all the little details were great. Communication was quick, friendly and efficient and couldn’t recommend more. Didn’t want to come home! So quiet all night and felt safe.

Christine is an attentive and helpful host and the apartment is in an ideal location for my needs. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room and bedroom comfy and inviting. It's really handy to have a parking space on site too.

The flat was in a wonderful place - very easy to find. We love the bar down the street, The Slip Inn, and easy to get to from the train station. It's close to Shambles market and the old town and the Main Street on this side of the river too. The host, Olivia, was a great communicator, very helpful and quick to respond to questions. It was clean, had everything you needed for a comfortable stay with all cleaning and cooking products. It was just right for a couple. I recommend it!

Spent the Easter break in York celebrating our wedding anniversary with family and had a wonderful time in Helen’s apartment. Situated on the river front and within the town centre we parked up on the Friday afternoon and didn’t move the car until we left on the Monday. Plenty to do in York, but would recommend you book in advance any attraction as being spontaneous clearly isn’t an option with so many visitors to the town. The apartment had a newly fitted kitchen, great beds and a deep sofa which was great after so many steps each day. All in all a great host, with a great apartment in a great town…what’s not to like.
