Waterfront holiday rentals in United Kingdom

Stayed in Clives flat to visit our daughter at uni and was ideal. Good location, lovely and clean, with secure parking, that was easily within walking distance of everything we wanted. My only issue was after Mrs Long had finished her shower, there was no water for me, so I had to go without till the following day, which really wasn't great.

We just absolutely loved Nigel's place. It's comfortable and spacious. The location is great. And...the view!!! The pictures don't even do it justice. We couldn't get enough of sitting in the living room or dining room and just staring out across the river at the city. We never wanted to leave. Nigel was wonderful - great to communicate with and gave us a recommendation to one of the best dinners we've had in Ireland. We will - no question about it - be back. Derry and Nigel's place are wonderful.

Absolutely gorgeous stay, couldn't fault it! Very peaceful place, in fact if you are thinking of visiting Whitstable, you'd do better to stay here and enjoy the walk or short train journey-it was very busy and I was glad to get back to my peaceful haven.

Really great location to get into Portsmouth via the ferry. Lovely clean flat with super comfy beds. Host had kindly left tea and coffee etc. The Bakehouse bar/ restaurant round the corner on the waterfront is worth a visit. Great communication from owner. 100% recommend.

Lorraine's place was brilliant, better than we expected, the apartment was very luxurious. In a great location we could walk into the town/ city center, to the cathedral for the choir service, walk to the Albert dock, to the bars. Basically we had one of the best Christmases ever, Lorraine very kindly put a tree and decorations up for us. The views from the apartment were stunning. We would defiantly stay there again and probably will. Thanks Lorraine kind regards Graham and Julie.

The apartment was great with plenty of space for the two of us + 1 dog. Bright and clean with a great layout. Finding the apartment was easy and it has a good position. The lift was always available and the building secure. The marina is lovely to walk around and access is easy for the coastal walk and beach. Owner and apartment manager responsive and easy going

Lovely Airbnb! Really clean and light. We stayed in the winter and it was lovely to come back to a warm, sunlit apartment. There are 2 flights of stairs so something to consider if you have many bags but otherwise it is a great location. Really convenient for the local shops and restaurants. There were lovely personal touches throughout and the rooms were clean and well presented. The front room was a little noisy from the street below, but that was on a Saturday night only, and something you would expect from being on the high street. All in all, a great place I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at James’s house. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, making it a truly relaxing getaway. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, and the communication with the host was excellent. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

This place is super chill and serene, right next to nature. The rooms were spotless and roomy, and it was super easy to get around. The host was super helpful and informative. The digital guidebook was awesome - it had everything we needed to know about the place and the equipment. And the hot tub was amazing! The host even left us a birthday cake and champagne, which was a lovely touch. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a fab 3 night stay, great location for us, could walk everywhere. House was lovely! We didnt mind being in the middle of two pubs, both worth a visit. Thank you Debbie, hope you'll have us back again 😊

A unique spot with truly stunning views from the cottage.

Jo's home is warm, cosy and has lots of character. Nice touch with welcoming gift and early check-in was no issue.. Great place to bring the family and in a perfect location. hopefully will return soon.

The location is excellent as walkable into Falmouth town. The views of the estuary from the back of the house are amazing. On high tide the water is literally underneath the balcony - you couldn’t get closer to the water unless you were on a boat. The house is lovely. It has a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with lovely views of the estuary. The large master bedroom is alone on the top floor and has the same amazing views. The only issue is deciding who gets to use this wonderful bedroom as the other two are very ordinary in comparison. That said they are very clean and have comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Cornwall.

Had a lovely stay in Debbie’s beachfront condo! The condo was clean, spacious, and in a great location. It was also very nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Would definitely stay again!

Mark's place is the perfect get away. both a tranquil and peaceful stay. The apartment is top class and has everything you need for a getaway. highly recommended.

When one needs a stress free, relaxing getaway with no hassles, this property and host gives you exactly that. The view of the sea and estuary from the lounge is simply breathtaking and very therapeutic, watching the boats coming and going as the tide ebbs and flows with the sun setting in the west. Convenient free parking, walking distance from a supermarket and restaurants, the location is superb . Highly recommended, would definitely stay again.

A very handy, well appointed apartment just right for a couple. Damian is welcoming and helpful. Fresh coffee beans and grinder were a very welcome factor! Comfy bed, great location, handy parking and dog friendly. What more could one possibly need?!

Sara’s home is in a beautiful location, no more than a 2 minute walk to the sea front and centrally located to the harbour. Sara was extremely helpful from the moment I booked through to checking out even checking in on my knowing it was my first time travelling alone

Lovely apartment with stunning views. Easy to get around as it was close to the city centre. Hosts were very friendly and helpful!

Well presented flat with glorious views over the boardwalk and beach to the open sea. Local restaurants very close by and coffee and cake shops aplenty in Sonehaven. There is private parking beside the property and a lock box allows easy entry. We really enjoyed our short stay and would love to return to both the property and Stonehaven.
