If you are looking for a peaceful getaway on the water where you can unwind or explore the Norfolk/Portsmouth/Chesapeake/VA Beach area…look no further: this home is a gem. Even though in a neighborhood; the yard is secluded and the perfect place to relax and leave the chaos of life behind. Our host was charming and helpful and super communicative. Our family of 5 absolutely adored our stay and would highly recommend! Downtown Portsmouth is quaint and has some great eating establishments as well as eat access to the ferry over to Norfolk. Grocery shopping is very easy with a Kroger, Super Walmart & Food Lion all close by. I would stay here all over again if we’re ever back in the area. Our family was in town for a wedding, so we needed a placed that could comfortably accommodate 6 people. Criska's place was perfect! Lots of room and everything we needed. It fulfilled our needs, was very comfortable and Criska was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend to anyone!

My husband and I can't say enough about our stay in Jeremy's home. It was an absolutely perfect space for us and our two dogs to wind down, relax, watch amazing sunrises over the bay from our bed, and have some fun on the beach. The neighborhood is fantastic and welcoming, and the house was centrally located within walking distance of everything we needed. Jeremy has truly thought of everything so we felt right at home!

The entrance is in the mid-exterior of the car wash where the clients clean their cars. After you park, you have to walk with all of your luggage through the car wash's exterior (amidst client cleaning their cars) and go up many stairs. But when you enter the loft, you are extremely surprised by the beautiful, modern and clean space. Chandler was available every time I needed clarity on instructions. Bring your own food and beverages. There is a pool nearby which is available. Even though there are minimal eateries in the immediate community, there are places within short distance (mall, movies, restaurants) and there is always Virginia Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Patriots place. The resort was immaculate. The pool area was beautiful. My son really enjoyed making s’mores at night. Overall we had a great getaway.

Cynthia was very accommodating about a last-minute situation that came up on our end. Her place is convenient to all things Williamsburg.

The place was awesome. It’s actually more like two separate, adjoined apartments- which worked out perfectly for us. Our boys got to stay in their own apartment and could just walk through into ours. I was impressed with the quality of the cookware. We prefer to cook in rather than eat out, and it was very easy. It’s on the second floor, but that wasn’t really an issue. Great mattress and pillows, which is a big deal to us and something that is easily over looked. Overall, we’re very happy with went with Ahmet than a hotel.

When I think about Airbnb, when I reflect on its values, Rebecca and Chris‘s property encapsulates everything so perfectly! It is a fantastic place to stay, very safe, easy to find and with the most charming, helpful hosts! The property is spacious, very clean and modern with some charming and functional furniture. The bathroom is purposeful, and the shower has great pressure. The kitchen area is perfect for cooking meals in the evening. The bedroom is a great size of the bed is unbelievable. Every time I am in the area I will always stop here if it’s available - great property, fantastic value and incredible hosts! Thank you Rebecca, Chris and family ☺️☺️

Elizabeth was a great, kind, host! She was always friendly and quick to respond and assist us with any of our needs, such as extending our stay (multiple times). The location was perfectly situated to get anywhere in Williamsburg quickly. The property is well maintained and there's lots to do on site. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities you could need. I would highly recommend Elizabeth's space to anyone interested. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great time in Norfolk. The Airbnb was awesome. Host was friendly, responsive and informative. Our stay was very comfortable - everything was just as the listing said. We would definitely recommend it plus we plan on visiting again and hope this Airbnb is available.

My family and I spent Christmas at this cabin and we enjoyed every second of it. The cabin was clean, safe, and beautiful. We have no complaints at all. Most importantly, the hosts were super responsive and have always answered my questions within 30 minutes. I definitely want to return here for another family trip.

the cabin is a perfect place for someone looking for a quiet night or two and doesn't require too many amenities.

The treehouse is in a nice quiet area and a convenient distance to Busch Gardens. Ruben is a wonderful host - he gives clear instructions and responds quickly to any questions. It was very clean, and check in was simple. The outdoor lights on the tree look beautiful at night. The playground is awesome (and I’m sure the pool is wonderful, we just happened to stay in the off season). There’s an additional bathroom downstairs as well as another room with bunk beds. Definitely recommend!

We piled 5 adults and a toddler into the house on Kelley Neck Drive, and it worked just fine! Bathrooms, AC, kitchen, appliances, etc, all worked perfectly, the furniture was comfortable and in good shape, and the house was spacious. The yard was perfect for us, but might have been small for older kids, and I wish there had been more than one kayak (but even one kayak was a bonus!) The heron was fishing at the mouth of the our private lagoon every morning, and an osprey and eagle visited as well. We barely heard any neighbors, and the nights were quiet and peaceful. Thank you!

Cheryl’s place was very cozy and quaint. The view was beautiful and it was peaceful. The cottage was well stocked with everything that we could have needed. Cheryl is more than a super host she is a premium super host. Would stay there again.
