Just a great experience. The location of Ocean Villas is incredible, and the amenities were better than expected. We cooked at the covered outdoor kitchen twice, and spent every sunrise and sunset on the beach, 100 feet from our condo. The grounds and room were well taken care of, and we felt the stay was a great value. Completely over-delivered compared to our expectations and we won’t hesitate to stay here in the future!

When I contacted them about check-in, they responded as soon as I contacted them, and they came to the local area to let me know that I still didn't know.They are very kind. They also politely responded to my questions and relieved my anxiety. The house was spacious and clean, we had a stress-free stay during our stay, and it was a great trip.

The Queen Malesso Houseboat was so fun to stay at! With the owner's permission, we were able to camp outside right by the beach! It was so quiet and special how we could see the stars so much better down in Merizo. There was the occasional rooster crow and revving low rider lol but that's everywhere on the island. We loved having the 2 outdoor showers for all of our campers. The backyard beach is right next to a river so there's gray-ish sand but it gets better if you swim or snorkel out a bit further into Cocos Lagoon. To the right between the houseboat and Bikini Island Club, you can find the yellow round coral beds and lots of colorful fish, esp. near the drop off! Some adventurous friends even paddled to Cocos Island but do that at your own risk! The inside of the houseboat was large enough for 10 of us to hang out in during meal times and some friends even choose to sleep in the 4 beds inside. It was a cool and quirky place to stay in. Very neat and clean. Thanks for a great stay!

The place was great, exactly what we were looking for. It was a comfortable, clean place to stay and Jake was quick to respond to any messages I sent. I liked the decor, the furniture and beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there, as described. The beach and stores were walkable and we felt right at home. After reading other reviews, yes there’s 3 flights of stairs, but I welcomed the exercise after all the eating we did and you don’t need much hot water for shower in Guam. All 5 of us took showers in a row at the temp we wanted with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.. Very spacious rooms and nice big dining table. Well equipped kitchen. Parking is doable but tight getting in and out of driveway. Entryway doors slide open and closed; keeping them closed kept the house cooler.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. It seriously felt like a home away from home. Our kids have never had so much fun on a trip before, and that was definitely thanks to Carol's wonderful family. They were super welcoming and invited us to so many local activities and different things; we all just loved it so much. The house was perfect—it was much better than anything I've ever stayed in Guam before. It has the comforts of America, but the charm of Guam! Carol goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you could possibly need while you're there for a vacation. The AC worked so well which was shocking for Guam that’s rare! We felt SO SAFE they have a gated house! It was CLEAN and didn’t feel old and musty! We would absolutely stay here again if we are so lucky to come back! Their prices seem very fair especially for what you get! The bathroom shower was massive! Airbnb doesn’t give me enough words to share how wonderful this place is! If this place is open - BOOK

2nd visit Parents in their 60s Aidul, 1 and 4 years old 4 siblings in their 30s A place to stay that everyone is satisfied with! The sea in front of the accommodation has a lot of coral, but there was no problem if the parents cared! I want to go again so much

Clean and spacious house Warm water Drink service and pool vouchers were perfect for a large family stay There is a gentle hill road near Tumon Beach, so the elderly need a car, but regular adults seem to be able to walk.
