Holiday houses in Tumon

Just a great experience. The location of Ocean Villas is incredible, and the amenities were better than expected. We cooked at the covered outdoor kitchen twice, and spent every sunrise and sunset on the beach, 100 feet from our condo. The grounds and room were well taken care of, and we felt the stay was a great value. Completely over-delivered compared to our expectations and we won’t hesitate to stay here in the future!

It was a great large space that made me and my buddies feel comfortable and at home. It was close enough to lots of places that, and we're glad for that.

Loved the location and the houseboat! Right on the water and walkable to all the lovely Merizo areas. A bit pricey for comparable stays on Guam and unable to use the paddle boards as there were no paddles. Messaged the host about it but they never responded. The double kayak did have paddles and it was fun to kayak along the coastline.

This is my second visit since last year. It was still a clean and comfortable place to stay, and I'm going to book it on my next trip to Guam. ^_^

The place was great, exactly what we were looking for. It was a comfortable, clean place to stay and Jake was quick to respond to any messages I sent. I liked the decor, the furniture and beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there, as described. The beach and stores were walkable and we felt right at home. After reading other reviews, yes there’s 3 flights of stairs, but I welcomed the exercise after all the eating we did and you don’t need much hot water for shower in Guam. All 5 of us took showers in a row at the temp we wanted with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

The Ruru Haus was a great fit for my family and me when we visited Guam for a few days. There were 7 of us in total, including 1 small child who was very excited to find the stash of toys under the staircase! The owners were very responsive, and the unit was clean and just as described. The only thing we struggled with was the lock and keypad - it just took a while to figure out. Otherwise, I would recommend Ruru Haus for your stay on Guam! :)

Nicole's place is great. Its location in Tumon makes it easy and fun to walk to shops and restaurants. The condo has everything you could ever need plus a washer/dryer in the unit. Furniture is comfortable. I really enjoyed the views from her place. The people in the complex are friendly. I will definitely look to book again next time I am visiting the area. Thank you!

What an amazing oceanfront paradise! With expansive shallow waters perfect for snorkeling just steps from your door, this must be one of the very few properties in Guam offering such a unique experience. The house is incredibly spacious with a beautifully maintained large backyard. While classic in style, it's immaculately kept, giving you that wonderful authentic feel of a local home. Our favorite moments were enjoying meals at the dining table - the ocean view from the living area made every meal special! Roy was an exceptional host, always quick to respond and assist with anything we needed. While there were minor issues with internet stability and door locks, these were completely overshadowed by the property's amazing features. We had a wonderful 5-night stay and would return in a heartbeat. If you're looking for a genuine oceanfront experience with unforgettable views and direct access to great snorkeling spots, this is truly a rare find in Guam!
