I was extremely happy with all aspects of my stay at Evangelos' studio/apartment in Vouliagmeni. Communication with Evangelos was very straightforward and he was always quick to respond to any queries I had. Access to the studio was easy with good, clear instruction given with respect to the location of the keys, Wi-Fi access etc. and upon arrival, the studio had just what I needed to settle in quickly with all the amenities you might expect and wish for. The studio location is perfect for swimming (the beach is literally 2 minutes away!), local walks along the coast to the shops, bars and restaurants of Voula, Kavouri and Vouliagmeni or to quick access either by car or bus to the centre of Athens or, further along the scenic, coastal road heading south towards Sounion. It goes without writing, that I will definitely return to stay at Evangelos' studio and I look forward to being back very soon. Thank you, Al (Manchester, UK)

A lovely, airy flat. I stayed for a month but could have stayed longer. Extremely comfortable bed, warm duvet and nice linen. Koukaki is great and the flat looks over the best bakery. Vesna very kind and helpful.

Beautiful apartment close to restaurants, shopping, and metro for easy transportation.

Very nice place in Athens, easy walk to city centre, easy to check in with clear instructions. Neighbourhood are not best near Omonia but it’s ok near flat and with big square no problem at all and you are very close to the market for fresh food. Galina is a perfect host, she was reactive, she always took care of us as she allowed us to come earlier to let kids took nap. Flat is nice, well equipped, bedrooms are big. Everything to cook and prepare meal. If there are two “bad things”, it could be bedroom’s doors and living room size but its details and we have really appreciated our stay here.

Very beautifully decorated apartment. It’s nice to move around since the metro station is very close by (I wouldn’t recommend the bus) and it’s just a few stops away from the biggest attractions. The host is very communicative and made sure we were well accommodated. The rooms are very comfortable with TV in each of them and enough space to store belongings. The shower is good too but be careful because it overflows easily. Still everything was on point, would repeat

We enjoyed staying here, loved the neighborhood and the flat. Hosts provided everything we needed. We will be back again to Athens :)

A cozy and very comfortable accommodation, with a nice decoration but above all quality bedding for a relaxing holiday. Very well located, close to two metro stations, but also a 10-minute walk from the acropolis, and a very good bakery 3 minutes away (the vendors are adorable!) The building and accommodation were very clean and neat. As for Mélina, a fantastic host, attentive, force of proposal. Thank you for the stay, which was fantastic in large part thanks to you! We would highly recommend it!

Viktor was quick to respond to any questions. He left easy to follow instructions and the place was clean and spotless. The price is worth it, you will get exactly as seen in the photos!

We had an enjoyable stay at Marita and George’s apartment! The location was perfect for us, outside of the tourist part which meant we had excellent restaurants that were a fraction of the price - to call out TUK TUK THAI STREET FOOD & Kalyvas Family Grill, whilst being able to easily walk to all the attractions. The apartment is spacious, modern looking and clean. Marita and George are on hand via Airbnb message if you need them. We messaged early on to share that the balcony door lock was broken and the shower fixture loose. We knew that being there over the holidays would mean living with this but wanted to raise so Marita and George were aware. The shower was a known issue and a replacement part had been ordered, the balcony door something new that they would pick up fixing. Even with these two issues we still rate this a 5 out of 5 due to location and feel of the apartment.

Everything was great the house had everything was spotless and modern the host was quite helpful and always available any time of day,the amenities were exactly as described on the page we had no problem. Also the house is a five-minute walk from the wonderful area of the regiment.. thank you for the wonderful service and accommodation in your appartment.. we highly recommend ❤️ it to anyone who wants to spend a great night mainly with a couple.. (incredible hot tub to try it if you repair the space)

We had a great stay in Athens in the penthouse! Comfortable beds, calming atmosphere & extremely clean. We loved the hot tub and view from the balcony & ease of getting around from the location. Supermarkets and metro station in walking distance of the apartment. Hosts were so helpful if we needed anything thank you. Highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay at this well-located Airbnb. The apartment is situated near the Acropolis Museum, making it easy to visit all major historic sites on foot. It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Yannis and Tax were professional, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Their proactive approach ensured a smooth experience.
