The flat is really nice and clean. Mia is very quick to respond to any issues and she sent a cleaner a couple times a week. The area is very modern and has everything you'd need nearby, lots of convenience stores, restaurants and nice cafes, and it's quiet out of the centre.

Never in my life have I been so welcomed and made part of someone else's family. Phong takes it very seriously to make sure you feel comfortable in his home. Everything was simply perfect. the apartment is a fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. There were no issues with going through the main door as it was pleasant to say hello to the family. Phong provided the famous family dinner and it was amazing. We really enjoyed that time with the family. The food was amazing. He even took us out to dinner. His family give us a lot of advice on Hanoi and what to do and where to go. All in All this was our top 5 airbnb that we have stayed in. It was amazing! Thank you for everything!

Giao and his family went up and beyond with offering help and services. Quiet area but just a 10 minutes walk to the (north of the) old city quarters.
