This space was perfect. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops.

Whips apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are many restaurants locally and a large modern shopping centre. The apartment is in a residential area about 30 minutes from Hanoi centre but grab taxis are plentiful. Would not hesitate to book again.

We had a fantastic stay. Hannah was by far the most responsive host we have ever stayed with, she offered to call our driver to ensure he dropped us off at the right place (we found the place easily). The space was very beautiful and everything worked well. the washer and dryer worked really well, all the appliances seemed brand new. Hannah responded to all questions/concerns very very quickly. Her husband came and showed us the space and how to use the hot water for showers, he was very helpful and friendly as well. The property is ~20 minute grab outside of the busiest parts of hanoi which we liked a lot as it's much quieter than being directly in old town. There are lovely coffee shops a short walk away. The airbnb was very well stocked, filtered water available easily. The rooms are spread over 5 floors which is nice as there's privacy between rooms. The elevator worked really well. A grab into the city costed $4-$6 USD depending on where in the city we went $4 to go into old town
